  1. Can't do it right now but I beg someone to post Willian's missed attempt. Can't believe this man is actually Brasilian.
  2. Zappacosta only did well due to the amount of space he was given. Atletico didn't view him as a threat and nor should they, as they as well as the 40,000 in attendance and millions of viewers knew what he was going to do, cut inside. I know we created a shit ton of chances last night, but this is why I stress the importance of having quality wing backs in our system. Moses tore Atletico's back line a new arse, but his delivery in the final third was appalling. Zappacosta had literally the freedom to do whatever he'd please, yet still wasn't a threat given that he has no pace and he will never take a defender on and whip in a ball.
  3. Only player I'd swap with is Asensio. Matter of fact, Asensio + Cash if they want him so desperately.
  4. Looks like it. Reckon him playing beneath Kane will push Real to catch up to Barca in the league
  5. And how are Monaco doing in the league and Champions League?
  6. Disagree completely. He held us back tremendously after 2013, where we should've shipped him off and brought in Chalobah. Always played it safe and was a deer in headlights under pressure. Far, far too passive. Remember reading a stat where Mikel was the only player in the team to play more backwards passes than forward. Wasn't technically gifted, wasn't a defensive powerhouse, didn't read the game at the top level . In all honesty, he was just 'there'. Still can't believe we held on to him for that long. Wish we kept Tiago and never bought him.
  7. He continues to play behind the striker, who knows. Looks more involved than at LW, which is what he needs to become great. Some comparing him ot Mikel
  8. Pretty sure more. With what Dembele and Neymar went for, we will be leeching Real dry. Hypothetically speaking
  9. Hasn't put a foot wrong yet. Works hard, balanced attributes, and fits like a glove in our system. Like Bakayoko, needs to improve in the final third.
  10. 'Well - average' defending doesn't give you 5 clean sheets in 7 games and be undefeated. Nah I've seen Terry make those mistakes plenty. Using your arms as leverage for a header, especially against a small attacker, leads to a foul. Seen Terry commit them and Terry avoid them, just as Christensen did at the weekend. Poor positioning on his part but he wasn't the main culprit as to why Newcastle scored. Hazard avoiding a new contract is nothing new. He's said last summer he is waiting how the season pans out. Could stay or he could go. Just hope he realises it's not all sunshine and rainbows at Real. And if so, Real better fork over that cheque book and/or Asensio.
  11. Been saying De Gea is the best in the world going on two years now, used to get slated for it
  12. DeBruyne and Salah obviously stealing the headlines, but Hazard is quietly getting back to his absolute best. I did say last year that this season along with the world cup, will define him as a player. Looks to be at a new level playing behind the striker, and this is still the same man who had a broken ankle during pre-season.
  13. Already starting to hate this game. United are 9th. City are 7th. Spurs and Arsenal are 20 points behind, with fucking Swansea the closest ones challenging sitting in 2nd. Liverpool are 12th for fucks sake.
  14. Some of our fans already writing him off. Needs to adjust to the pace of the league and improve his finishing, but other than that he has all the attributes to be a truly great midfielder.
  15. Need to beat Atletico. If we finish 2nd, we are guaranteed either PSG or Barca
  16. Nah I'm with you there mate, we've been wasteful up front as of late.
  17. Feel so sorry for Mata. Absolutely ruined by Mourinho and if he was still playing regularly, he'd be rated the same as Ozil, DeBruyne, and Erikson. People forget how great he actually was.
  18. Especially with Guardiola's financial backing.
  19. That literally makes no sense in context with what I said. You think of me as a school girl? #TalkGay365 He's no Oscar
  20. Well that's not true given Silva is the most crucial element in City's possession play.
