I don't thing Tormund or Beric are dead. I think they ran across the top of the wall (I remember them turning right when going out of the birds nest area) and to safety. No way they kill off a loved character like Tormund without showing a real focus on it. He'll get a warriors death in the final season.

Very satisfying end to a very satisfying season. It was quicker paced that I would have wished, but it sets us up for a pretty epic final season. Roll on July.

Realistically, Butland or Schmiecal would be an upgrade. Leno would be excellent also.

Mane - Superb. Always. Wijnaldum - Good but inconsistent. Terrible finisher too. Klavan - Joke signing, offers nothing but a body eating up wages. Matip - Hes been good and has the potwntial to be excellent if paired next to a better CB than Lovren Karius - When he's played he's been shit. Rather have Ward as second choice.

Honestly, the bitching and moaning from a select few (book snobs mostly) is tiring. These writers started with a foundation go work from, but they have had to deviate because that fat shit is a lazy cunt and won't do his job and finish the bastard story. I don't blame them for the rushed feel. Yes, they could have planned in advanced a bit better but how many times has the next book been pushed back in the last 7 years? It probably occurred to them during season 4 that the story wouldn't be advanced through the books so they are having to tie up the story quicker than planned. I still don't understand why we are getting shorter seasons, that just makes it even more rushed. Regardless, it's still the best show on television, the spectacle alone is worth celebrating.

Tbh, that isn't so unrealistic. They have overtaken many willing camps so it is possible that they could get the chains from one of those.

Does this show ever imply that the travelling is quicker? For all we know, a month could have passed in the world while Jon and the lads got back up north. Fuck knows, I'll admit it's a bit weird seeing characters fly all over the spot but its still a high quality show.
