  1. Just finished watching Inarritu's Oscar winning Birdman - took me a while to get into it but I was eventually taken in. An exercise in inviting literary and film criticism over the actual plot element, I'd give it 8/10. Cinematography was superb as well, but then, Emanuel Lubetzki was leading that (he did the Revenant, which was basically the only plus point of that film, for me). In a supporting role, Edward Norton was excellent, but let's be honest, he always is.
  2. I know we're shite now, but could you please add Bolton Wanderers as an option? Ta in advance
  3. S'alright, I'm some character with 8 chins. I don't eat that many pasties. I don't watch Game of Thrones so I'm truly baffled. There, I said it, been meaning to get that out into the open. Fuck GoT.
  4. Leicester City would probably only be the third biggest club in the third tier of English football, in all fairness...
  5. Oh go on, for old times' sake - this is about 4 years old, taken in Croatia with my missus while I was dressed as 'Where's Wally?'
  6. To tell you the truth - I can't be arsed with maintaining the mop these days. Such an effort. I keep it at medium usually.
  7. Here's a picture of me pissed in Lille before Ukraine played Germany. I'm the sexy fuck in yellow.
  8. Keane was absolutely spot on - I can't believe anyone can be bothered with The Dull One's tedious whinging any more. Oh boo fucking hoo, three games in a week, bore off. It's truly refreshing to see someone in football not have their tongue firmly lodged up Mourinho's arse.
  9. I think my dislike for the film was 90% driven by James Franco's highly punchable face.
  10. I watched The Interview yesterday. Thoroughly disappointing - I can't believe I deluded myself into thinking it would actually be good. 3/10.
  11. Bid Writer at a tendering consultancy. I've been there for 2 and a half years - I love my job really, I'm just underpaid. Large-scale construction - that's where the money is. But then, my current office is 10 minutes walk from my house. Can I be arsed looking elsewhere if I'm pretty happy?
