    This is what they did last time when he saved them then they gave him the boot, then they hovered around the relegation zone and they asked him to come back which he did and saved them again from relegation.

    I would love if it happened again and he said FUCK OFF!!!! xD

    Tbh, he did fuck United around when he took over from SAF and got the boot but I would take a chance and have him back at United and replace the lost martian, ET.

    It is the first time a creature in the wild has been recorded treating an injury with a medicinal plant.

    After researchers saw Rakus applying the plant poultice to his face, the wound closed up and healed in a month........

    Well, Kaiden achieved what he wanted to do the other day, he said to our daughter that he wanted to climb (or hike) to the top of Arthur's Seat here in Edinburgh, he went there yesterday with our daughter and did that, hats off to him for that at 12 years old.  :ay:

    I can remember United when Fergie was looking for a striker and tried to buy Matt Le Tissier at the time and he would not leave Southampton but Fergie had heard that Cantona had fallen out with the Leeds manager at the time, Howard Wilkinson.

    Fergie then told the United chairman at that time, Martin Edwards, to ring Leeds and see if they could do a deal for Cantona, which he did and Cantona ended up at United.

    Back in the old days most of the deals were done over the telephone, manager to manager, that was Fergie's domain, most of his buys were done over the phone, nowadays it's the DoF that do the deals and a lot of them are shite and some managers don't have a say about it.

    Fergie, but could he do the same nowadays ? players attitudes change nowadays and they let their agents do the talking plus back in Fergie's days it was the managers that bought the players and doing the deals, nowadays it's the people above that buy the players and the managers are just there for picking the team on the day.

     

    Support for disabled supporters

    Does anyone know if theres a buddy system in place for disabled supporters to attend matches please?

    Hi @Melian, not sure about this one and you never said what team you support as I am sure a lot of clubs have this facility, I know the Scottish FA run a scheme so maybe if you contact them they may help.

    Roman object that baffled experts to go on show at Lincoln Museum

    A mysterious Roman artefact found during an amateur archaeological dig is going on public display in Lincolnshire for the first time.

    The object is one of only 33 dodecahedrons ever found in Britain, and the first to have been discovered in the Midlands.

    It was found in Norton Disney, near Lincoln, in the summer of 2023.

    The artefact is also one of the largest ever found, measuring about 3in (8cm) tall and weighing half a pound (245g).

    The 12-sided object was unearthed by a group of local volunteers......
