They have a brilliant knack of finding these talented players with high ceilings, putting them in the shop window and selling for big profit don't they. I'm thinking Aaron McClean, Brit Assombalonga, Dwight Gayle, George Boyd, Craig Mackail-Smith, Lee Tomlin and most recently, Ivan Toney. All went on to better themselves at higher levels. Now Dembele looks like he could be the next. It never seems to dramatically affect them, they manage to identify decent replacements so it will be interesting to see what happens if he does go and who they target with promotion in mind.
