I guess he wouldn't be a bad option although I absolutely hope this isn't in place of Cresswell, our young CB. He's the future for me and if we keep Wober that's got to be our CB partnership. The other thing as well is, I don't want us paying any silly fee for Phillips if we do get him. Personally would prefer a loan to judge him first because he's 26 now, not had a lot of football recently and at that stage in his career where you'd question whether he's just going to be a solid Championship player or whether he could make it in the PL if we went up.
