Reluctant Striker Posted August 11 Share Posted August 11 Diego Carlos was regularly conceding possession & chances in the 2nd half of last season. Maybe not suiting Emery's possession based style. But just on squad depth it's a bit of a gamble. Lenglet has not returned. Chambers has left. To my awareness Mings is yet to play any minutes. I'm guessing Villa are planning a few more signings.
