ScoRoss Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 Basically, FIFA has managed to negotiate FIFPro down from taking legal action against them and managed to put easier rules in place protecting footballers from bad employers. Not exactly going to be affecting players at the top of the game, but more so those that can go months without payment. There is also a part of the deal about creating a task force conducting a "broader review of the transfer system". But whether anything comes of this is doubtful, too many people making so much money from it. They are never going to let anything damage their golden goose.
Administrator Batard Posted November 6, 2017 Administrator Posted November 6, 2017 The days of veiled transparency in transfers appears to be coming to a close, first HMRC wading in on Premier League clubs and now this, the age of dodgy agents could be done. Hopefully.
