Quote England players have been reassured that family members travelling to the World Cup in Russia will be provided with security experts to ensure their safety, Sky Sports News has been told. Exact details of the arrangements are being kept secret for operational reasons but the players' wives, girlfriends and other family members, and those of the wider England staff, will be included as part of the official FA delegation, so that they receive extra protection. This will be the first time this has happened since the 2006 World Cup in Germany when the partners of Sven-Goran Eriksson's team received a lot of media attention.
