Dave
@Inverted @ScoRoss Celtic are preparing to bid for Aberdeen's £10m-rated defender Scott McKenna, Sky Sports News understands. The Dons have turned down bids for the 21-year-old Scottish international from Hull and Swansea in the last two transfer windows. Aberdeen are understood to value their centre-half at around £10m. That is some way off Celtic's valuation of the player.
Inverted
Not the Brodge's ideal CB but he's physical, disciplined and solid in the air, so he'd improve us a fair bit imo. We've already got plenty of comfort in possession at the back with Ajer so his profile would fit in really well. Doubt we would pay £10 mil for him considering our stinginess, but for something like £6-8mil it'd be good business, especially since he's likely to be a Scotland regular for the foreseeable future. ScoRoss
I can't see him going to Celtic. He's under contract for another three years. They'd rather sell him to someone in England, and probably would be able to get more money that way as well.
