did anyone watch this yesterday. no comments on an evening kick-off very unusual!

Was driving back from our game listening to this on TalkSport. Stuart Pearce kept calling Danny Rose 'Rosey' and Son Heung-Min 'Sooon'. Very irritating.

Watching the highlights and Brighton were fairly wasteful in the first half. Seemed like they had a rollocking at half-time as they were on top 2nd half, especially when Knockaert had a golden chance to equalise. Emphasised by the fact Spurs scored shortly after. Could have ended much differently if he'd scored that. Appeared to spark Spurs back in to life; inpsired sub by Pochettino some might argue to bring Lamela on and he pretty much had an instant impact. No doubt they'd be disappointed they couldn't hold on for the clean sheet but having said that, Brighton even had another chance after they equalised.

Glenn Murray is such a cheat these days it's borderline cringe. He doesn't even need to do it. Great call by the ref.

That said, I'm amazed Spurs are still persevering with Harry Kane. What has happened to Llorente? Surely were at risk of Kane burning out here?

A set back for Brighton but nothing more. They didn't disgrace themselves and anything out of this game would have been a bonus. Even a goal for Knockeart would be seen as a real positive as he seems to have struggled regularly for some time.

the article on BBC may explain why.  Had depression last season, saw a counsellor and seems to have resolved his mental health issues now. Also went through a divorce too.

Ah that's shit. From what I remember he seemed to be struggling after his Dad's passing when Brighton were storming through The Championship.
