Two former employees of the hotel aren't by any means speaking for the hotel though so no, Swissotel hadn't admitted it and they definitely won't regardless of what truly happened there. And it won't be an economical disaster for them either way; even if they lose or reach a settlement in the court. An established luxury hotel chain with numerous properties around the world and more than a billion dollar annual revenue won't go broke if they have to pay a few millions in compensation...
