Sorry to hear that mate.... Life is indeed short
  3. I will be honest I was not expecting us to play as well as we did at Atletico, but given how well we performed during the week it was not unreasonable to expect us to have toughed out a draw playing at home against City. Bringing on Willian for Morata was a game changer for me and not a good one.. and I could have expected the team to be a bit tired towards the end of the game or even the second half but they looked sluggish right from the off so no excuses as far as I am concerned..
  4. 'IT' I was pounced on by my eldest daughter last weekend who wanted to go and see IT and as no-one else in the house had the brass balls to sit through such a terrifying ordeal except me I was the one who got chosen. Lucky me is all I can say about that.. I will say from the off that I actually thought it was very good, there were about 3 moments in the film that I could consider fairly creepy and you just have to trust that's a lot coming from me.. Having seen so many horror films over the years its hard to come up with something that does give you the odd shiver but this did quite a good job.. My daughter ( a huge horror fan herself ) found it for the most part amusing so we may differ on our opinions a tad.. Bill Skarsgard who plays Pennywise the Clown was genuinely one creepy dude.. so hats off I was impressed. Certainly wouldn't want him popping his head up from the bottom of my bed one night that's for sure.. ( not that I would be scared or anything you understand ) but who wants a bloke running round the house in a clown costume after lights out?? am I right or am I right people?? The main focus obviously was around the kids who all seem to be carrying some dark secret of their own which at points in the movie reared their ugly heads and how they find themselves flung together through one reason or another against a common foe.. Well worth a watch in my opinion and better seen at the cinema for a decent experience.. 8.5/10
  5. I have a lot of time for Hughes normally but think he has had a case of the blinkers on or bad loser blues going on here...

    Pictures or it never happened...
  10. Seems a daft thing to do given he is not even playing for us currently and its a game they could afford to leave him out of in all honesty..
  11. Got to love those inter nerds out there... Never heard of this bloke until today obviously because he was never on Chelsea's long term target list rather being another one of our famous smash and grabs at the last minute jobs... this made me laugh though when I googled this fella... Davide Zappacosta is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a full-back for Chelsea and the Italy national team. Finally your missus gets to kiss something that's better looking than you...
  13. When they are not on here complaining they are busy making placards with 'Wenger Out' written on them. On the backs of those placards they also have 'In Wenger we trust' It obviously saves carrying 2 of them around on match days...

Our job gives you 25 days holiday and 14 days sick entitlement. That's a shit lot considering we work 4 on and 4 off on top of that. I think I only worked 14 days total in April for example the rest was time off due to how the shift patterns fall.. I still have 9.5 days holiday still to take before December

I am doing just that... been busy around the house/garden and at work while my boss took 3 weeks off to sun himself up so this week I am just lolling around catching up on footy/films and whatever else I fancy doing.. People often ask what I do on my holidays and I just tell them 'the least amount possible'
  16. Funny stuff... I suppose when you pay players huge sums of money and they are mobbed at airports etc for autographs and have their faces plastered all over the TV and back pages of the papers they are bound to get an inflated sense of self worth.... Conte sums the whole thing up there in the first couple of minutes.. Laughable

I think the jury is still out on that one... If the second one has hair as well though then we might need to consider, not the delivery method but the delivery man himself...
