  1. Just wanted to post this as well. Looks good, and refreshing to see a movie about the first world war for a change. Impressive cast too.
  2. Heinz-Harald Frentzen. I remember drawing his Williams times after times, and his Jordan too. When he won his first race in San Marino, I was jumping up and down on my parents couch. Then I liked Schmumi at the end of his first career, Kimi for a bit (I attended my first F1 race with a Finnish flag that a Finnish acquaintance sent to me especially for this occasion) and then of course Seb. Even more when he left Red Bull and took the Ferrari challenge. I also quite like Hulk.
  3. Agreed. To be fair, if anything, I see Lewis' having a bit of a confidence issues, and maybe dealing with set-backs growing up. I remember him talking about being bullied, which I can relate to. Maybe that's why he tries to appears so shiny nowadays. But yea, I can relate, but it's also a bit too much. But maybe it's just a bit of a coping mechanism.
  4. I don't know. Everything he does seems so artificial to me. Like on Instagram he unfollowed everyone in a time he wasn't happy with something. Proper Jesus complex. Anyway, something more delightful:
  5. He's so worried about his "image", and that's all he is personality wise, talent aside. I admire him as a racing driver, but as a personality he is one big cringe show. It all went downhill after he dated that Scherzinger broad.
  6. The Lighthouse starring Willem Defo and Robert Pattinson certainly looks interesting.
  7. Yea, I know. In the end, nobody knows the real state of him. You're just always hoping for positive news, and cling on to anything that sounds remotely positive.
  8. I know ladbible isn't the most reliable source, but I read it on German websites too. It's quite recent. https://www.ladbible.com/news/sport-former-ferrari-boss-says-michael-schumacher-keeps-fighting-20190730
  9. Indeed! Mick also seems like just a genuine nice boy. I hope he'll progress even more in F2 and one day maybe makes it into F1. Also, have you seen this "health update" on Schumi? Apparently he watched a race with Jean Todt. How and to what extend, nobody knows, but it all does sound a bit encouraging, and not as totally grim as other reports.
  10. @nudge https://streamable.com/lu8z6

  12. https://www.spiegel.de/panorama/justiz/kind-vor-ice-geschubst-40-jaehriger-tatverdaechtiger-kommt-am-dienstag-vor-den-haftrichter-a-1279575.html So today someone pushed an 8 year old boy and his mother in front of a high speed train, in Frankfurt. The thought of it all makes me physically sick. The mother survived, the little boy died. What a sick world we live in.
  13. I don't know, I think maybe he put a foot wrong and twisted something in his back? Maybe he's in his mid 30's..therefore I could relate.
  14. I just feel bad for the mechanic who somehow seems to have hurt his back. Poor bloke.
  15. So Netflix had access to Mercedes' garage for this race God, I love it. 125 years of motor sports, retro liveries, all dressed up in fancy 50's style clothing, only to have their biggest meltdown of recent years, and Netflix will milk the shit out of it
