  1. That was some of the most useless goalkeeping I’ve seen in a while What a start for Leeds. With that keeper, you’d fancy even more. They look on it.
  2. Brighton need to invest well this summer. They’ve let him down not replacing Trossard, Caicedo and MacAllister. I don’t understand why they didn’t invest more last summer when they had Europa as an extra selling point. Injuries have hurt them though, but the fact is that I think they are missing a proper bit of quality in the midfield and up front. Danny Welbeck is good up until a point, but they can do better.
  3. I’m seriously losing patience with it. I’m not even excited to see what our new manager will do, all my enthusiasm has been destroyed by not only us cocking up our title chances, but them lot winning another. West Ham are going to roll over and take everything City throw at them. It’ll be pathetic.
  4. I hate football. Fuck that club, the players, the fans and the bald cunt manager. Oh, and fuck Porro too.
  5. Was there even an offside check on DeBruyne there? It looked VERY tight. Really poor from Romero to lose a 50/50 with fucking Foden. Cant see Spurs getting anything now, City will just pass it around them.
  6. But there is something to play for. Would you bet on Villa to beat a revived Palace? That’s a close bet, and you have Sheffield. Your team is about as good as Dortmund and look where they are. Plus, we know the CL makes you more attractive to better players. Fully agree on wanting to lose if it’s a dead rubber, but there’s a lot for spurs to play for here.
  7. Any Spurs supporter who wants their team to roll over for City when the top four is still to play for is a fucking idiot. Tonight is either an absolute arse beating for Spurs, or they nick a jammy win.
  8. Well, Spurs needed to win both games regardless whether Villa drew or lost. Still all to play for as you wouldn’t necessarily put money on Villa winning at Palace on the final day. It was really good game to watch. Hoping the players have plenty left in the tank to send off Jurgen with a win.
  9. If you beat City you’re a point off 4th going into the last game. Don’t roll over just yet. Villa have palace away on the last day, they could have fucked this if Spurs do something big tomorrow night.
  10. Why did it take THAT long to draw a fucking line? Thank Christ the semi-automated offsides are in next season.
  11. Don’t like the look of that away kit either. Roma nailed it, I’ll be looking forward to the actual photos because I think they could be special.
  12. Yeah both games were a bit of a shit watch, to be honest. Sets the second legs up to be interest, and likely much better games.
  13. Lively start from Norwich, not really made any chances yet. Leeds will surely wake up soon.
  14. I feel like you’re still looking at the season with the same glasses as you had on in August, prior to it starting. Things change, and the team got itself into a position where the title was entirely possible. Getting bombed out of Europe by an inferior team (credit to Atalanta, but we should have been in the final of the cup) then losing at home to palace, being embarrassed by Everton & then giving up two points to West Ham in the space of a fortnight is a total collapse. The players get credit for the work they put in, but that credit is zapped away quite quickly when you look at the last 6 weeks. It’s not just the results and points dropped, it’s the performances which have been really concerning and at times, downright unprofessional. Some of the defending in the Everton game…fuck me, that was a disgrace. Against your city rivals…that’s not on.
  15. It’s boring as fuck to watch City. Silva was pissed off so hopefully Fulham come out in the second half with a bit more about them.
  16. I wouldn’t be ecstatic if we brought him back either, tbh. He is definitely a way better player who left us, but I still don’t think he’s good enough for our level.
  17. There have been a lot of howlers from him. He’s not the only one to blame, but you win games by scoring goals. Some of his misses have been outrageous. He’s not a scapegoat but he takes a lot of blame for the fact we haven’t won more games, along with others in the team who take their own share of it. I like the lad, his effort and commitment is very infectious, but he just doesn’t score enough. I feel the exact same about Diaz btw, I think we could move him on as well because his end product is terrible. Other than Salah & Jota, I don’t think we can rely on any of the forwards we have to score consistently. We need improvement in that area.
  18. Mental that Van Dijk got in over those two. From that list I’d go with Rice.
  19. I didn’t realise he was getting threats online. That’s obviously pathetic, but deleting all the photos is still a strange decision. Trolls will continue to comment and send him messages on his Uruguay pictures. That being said, it’s well out of order for anybody to be sending nasty message or threats to him or his family. I rate him for his work rate, for his running and pressing game. But for 80m his final ball and his finishing are both lacking massively. Yes, we have seen some good passes and goals from him, but that is in a sea of mediocrity. Maybe Slot has an idea how to use him and get more from him, but I tend to think that if Klopp couldn’t do it, then I don’t know if anybody else can.
  20. Nunez was a pleb over the weekend and deleted all pictures of himself at Liverpool from his Instagram. Does it mean much? Probably just a childish pillock throwing a strop but it’s not a good look for him or us. The fact of the matter is that if he had put away even half of the golden chances he’s fucked, then we would be at the top of the table. Some of his misses have been criminal and I’ve got serious reservations about us keeping him. Could be an idea to sell while he still has some value.
  21. It looks much better in real life
  22. How Utd are in the top half is a mystery. They are fucking shite, and the fact we haven’t beaten them this season with three attempts boils my piss.
  23. Spurs have been slapped up the last few weeks, so it’s nice for them to end that run today against us. Because I expect another bollocks result & performance from us. I’ve no expectations from us for the rest of this season, so a convincing win would be a lovely surprise.
