Just as I'm about to go down south for 5 days . It's a fishing holiday as well, so 5 days in a bivvy(which is like a tent, but for fishing) and I was hoping for decent weather. Not a heat wave, as that's just as bad as pissing down rain but constant 20 degrees or so would be perfect. There are facilities there like showers, bars, restaurants, etc, etc, but it's mainly for the fishing. I'm going a week on Sunday and I'm fucking looking forward to it now.
  2. Yeah you can stop it after a month like with netflix and most other things these days. They do have a yearly pass on offer for 50 quid though, but the offer is only on the table until the end of August. I might even get that as it's only 50 quid for a full 12 months.
  3. Yeah I subscribed the other day. Well, it's currently a free trial but I might as well keep it going since it's only 6 quid and give it a go.
  4. i'm watching it now on Eleven Sports and it looks as though Terry Gibson has already jumped ship to them? @SirBalon Unfortunately he was probably the worst commentator on Sky, dull as fuck One thing Sky never did is air shit like the Gamper trophy. So Eleven Sports are definitely doing nice things thus far. I haven't suffered yet with the rebuffering that people complain about either, although maybe in the big games there may be problems, we will see.
  5. Arnáiz has signed for Leganes for 5 million. Big opportunity for the lad to play in the top flight.
  6. Messi is the correct choice for captain without a doubt and now is the right time. When Puyol retired, it was always going to go Xavi, followed by Iniesta then Messi and they were all the correct decisions. As are the current 2nd-4th choice for me, maybe all you would change for that is Pique and Busquets being 2rd and 3rd choices respectively.
  7. While it's true that it's appalling and something needs to be done, we unfortunately can't do anything about it here in the UK other than discuss it on the internet. We need to start focusing more on what happens our own backyard. Just look at this:- That second Peregrine was stuck in the trap for 10 hours before it was killed. Honestly, if I found out who that cunt in the video was, I would go around to their home personally and beat the living fuck out of them, in fact, I would be worried about my own freedom as murder would be more than possible if I got my hands on them. It angers me that much. This goes on a lot over here and we need to start protecting our animals more, especially Birds of prey. We (unfortunately), can't do anything about lions and tigers while sat here in England, but we can do something about this as it's happening in our own backyard. This incident here happened in Bowland, which actually isn't too far from me. I'd love to know the name and address of this cunt in the video or whoever else is associated with him as believe me I WOULD do something about it. The law in this country is a joke and you often need to take it into your own hands. I've heard another guy for a different incident actually went to court recently but got away with it due to lack of evidence. Well, it's simple, make their names and addresses public knowledge and justice will be served the proper way. Fuck fines, these cunts should get 20 years in jail for this. Absolute scum, only rapists, kiddie fiddlers and serial killers are worse in my eyes. Look, until recently, with the reintroducing, Red Kites were almost extinct in the UK, the Golden Eagle is no longer present in England and the numbers of Goshawks are way too low, just like Marsh Harriers, Peregrines and other birds of prey and it's not because of natural purposes, but fucking poachers. I would gladly join(or even form) some type of vigilante group who go out and track people like this down.
  8. Is that one of the pictures that you took yourself? @nudge
  9. Bears make me want to stroke them. I doubt that would be a good idea though
  10. There is a lot of quality within the youth ranks that have potential to do big things. The problem is, do the club have the patience these days? There is high pressure on managers to win trophies and this makes it difficult for them. With Digne leaving though, this now leaves a spot for one to step into, as Alba needs back-up in that position and I reckon Valverde will want to rest and rotate more in the league this season. It looks as though that man will be Juan Miranda, who has a lot of potential and has impressed in pre-season. I do personally believe that giving the position to Cucurella might have been more ideal though currently due to age. Miranda looks as though he has even more potential than Cucurella and is impressing a lot more, although at 18 it could be rushing him. Maybe a season in the B team would have made more sense first? Then again, he is a real talent and maybe he is ready to be a part of the first team set-up. Let's also note that Miranda recently signed a new deal for 3 years, with a clause of 200 million euros. This shows the club's intentions of keeping the most talented young players. Oriol Busquets himself now has a huge clause if I'm not mistaken. There is hope.
  11. I've wanted to see that fight for time. Let's hope nothing prevents it, such as an injury to Khabib, or Mcgregor getting locked up for something daft. You always worry when big fights are set to happen these days as too much goes wrong.
  12. It's that tail. I hate rats and the only reason why is because of their tail, they are creepy fuckas. I see them all the time when night fishing. In other words, if you saw a Crocodile, you would try and get as close as possible to it in order to get a 'selfie', whereas if a cockroach started flying in your direction, you would suddenly turn into Linford Christie? That sounds like me. The ones in Greece are fucking huge as well @Fusion It might not be unique to Peru mate, but it's unique to that part of the world as many species found in the Amazon are only found there and nowhere else. From large predators to monkeys, to birds of prey to snakes(and even @SirBalon's favourite animals, insects and arachnids), you have it all, even if not exclusive to Peru. Also you have loads of colourful birds which are incredible looking animals. For as much corruption and troubles you have present in South America, you are lucky in many ways to live in such a beautiful continent, same with @El Profesor.
  13. So are the cucarachas, well atleast in Southern Spain and the Canaries. The worst are the ones which fly. Terrifying creatures
  14. @SirBalon There are also a lot of Bird of prey species in Spain and Lizards. Not to mention, the fish over there are on steroids
  15. Yeah they are also in certain parts of France and Andorra. Weird looking creatures though. I only came across them as I was reading about American Mink being a problem for native wildlife in Spain(as they are here in England) and these are one of the animals most in threat due to them apparently.
  16. @Blue @nudge This is what I want one of
  17. Wow, that's raw as fuck. Method Man's demo when he was an up and coming artist. @Teso dos Bichos
  18. Unreleased tracks that didn't make the Chronic album @Teso dos Bichos, @JOSHBRFC
  19. The Pyrenean desman from Spain and Portugal @SirBalon, @Kowabunga, @Machado @nudge do you want one of these?
  20. There is a fully grown one
  21. I was the one who didn't. I rated him highly at Valencia and I can remember banging on about him to you, but I never thought he was the right man for Barcelona from the day he signed, it just wasn't the right fir for me. I also think he left Valencia too soon. In fact, he should probably go back there(in January now) along with Paco Alcacer, as they in the Champions league now and both were settled there.
  22. Not when you find out that they eat small lizards
  23. I forgot to mention that the other night I was half a sleep in bed while there was a nature programme on tele and they were documenting the Pygmy Falcon. It's a small Falcon which lives in Southern and Eastern Africa and they are only the size of Budgies. They are brilliant @Bluewolf, @nudge, @Devon Von Devon
  24. The more you think back the more you think that neither should have joined Death Row and Bad boy records as it wasn't even 2pac and Biggie's beef. They were roped into it and didn't really know what they were getting themselves into. Especially 2pac with Death Row.
