Any manager that takes over Arsenal will have a huge task at his hand. You can't change the clubs fortunes with a few big signings and a new manager. I always believed that teams have along term plan, obviously not that obvious at Chelsea with the switch of managers. However i personally don't see a play at Arsenal, same old players and same type of signings with no visible improvements for years now.

I had basal cell carcinoma removed with surgery a month ago, basically is a type of skin cancer which has a very low mortality outcome and it is quite a common cancer. The surgery is simple and it lasts around 15 minutes, i will have to check with my dermatologist from time to time just to be sure.

Yeah thought the same, also this crop of players have been around forever. I don't expect us to promote a young player to the first team every season it just won't happen. However if they are good enough and they are very good why not keep them even after we change the manager. With summer signings our team should see a few changes, but also expectations will go sky high. No one expects us to do much this season, however the club has high standards and they will sooner rather than later expect us to win silverware again. Lampard is an intelligent man and he knows how we deal with things he is fully aware of it all i am sure.

The feeling around the club with Lampard and the youth is something else, even the fans accept this as a good thing. However would they if we were losing all the time? I was all for Lampard, but had just one big issue. As soon as things go downwards and at some point they will our shit fans will be on his back. I can't accept that a man who gave his all for us will at some point perhaps be a scapegoat.

Think we will tighten the defense as time goes by and players get used to each other. We've played 18 games in all competitions this season, managed not to concede three times. Scored 42 goals and conceded 23 goals. If we can maintain to score a lot and concede less than that we should be okay. However with all the players back we should look more solid defending.
