MaXXXine After the 2nd movie Mia Goth moves to Hollywood and becomes a pornstar. When she gets her first break in commercial cinema someone starts blackmailing her about her past. I don't remember the first one but it must have been good or I wouldn't have watched the second one or maybe I just watched it for the tits. Let's just say that if MaXXXine was the first movie in the franchise then nobody would have bothered to watch 2 and 3. It's a very ordinary movie with a bigger cast that includes Kevin Bacon, Giancarlo Esposito, Bobby Cannavale, Michelle Monaghan, Lily Collins. Very average movie. 6/10

I think what is more embarrassing are fans who support a club because their grandfather did or their great grandfather did. Imagine a braindead fan of a club like Blackburn showing up week after week to see his/her club go from bad to worse to abomination. Where exactly is the incentive for the players to perform because the brain dead fans will come irrespective of the result and they will anyways get paid. Where is the incentive for the owners to even bother because the brain dead fans will eat one meal less but come week after week, buy stupid fuckin merchandise and so on and so forth. If dimwits with generational allegiance didn't exist then fuckin football would be exceptionally competitive and not just 4-5 clubs in every country dominating. You can easily replace Blackburn with Manchester United.

I was not born in a football playing nation and so I have no real allegiance. I was an Arsenal supporter from 96 to 2004 coz Bergkamp played there and he is the greatest ever. Since 2004 I have supported Chelsea coz I was a huge fan of Jose Mourinho. I have been a City supporter since De Bruyne started playing there. He is a 'Just once in the history of mankind' talent.

It's hard to figure out why the United players play with such little passion. You are playing for one of the biggest clubs ever. You make more money in a week than most people make in an year. Such dull and dreary football. You can see new players like Mazraoui, De Ligt giving it their all but in a few weeks or months they will all be like....if the others don't give a fuck then why should we give a fuck. They really need to get rid of Rashford. Just an inept little footballer.

Exhuma(Korean) Plot: When the new born son of the wealthy Park family in the US falls ill and doctors are unable to figure out what is wrong they enlist the help of 2 shamans from South Korea. Turns out that the great grandfather was a high ranking official in Korea some hundred years ago and there are secrets buried in his grave. Its horror but not the really scary kind. If a sissy like me can watch it then I reckon the cut-off age for watching the movie should be around 12 years. Stars the guy from Old Boy and I Saw the Devil. Its well made. Definitely worth a watch. 7.5/10

Missed out on Rabiot just by that much. Could have been a decent temporary midfielder for City.

Patriot(Prime) I heard about this show on a forum and decided to give it a try since I have nothing else to watch. It came out on Prime for 2 seasons in 2015. I am surprised that this show is not more popular. Its absolutely fantastic. My laptop is kept near the window and I fear that my neighbours will start thinking that I have gone crazy because I burst out laughing at random intervals. John is a spy who has to start working at a piping firm in Luxembourg that does business with Iran to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons. The humour is subtle but its brilliant. This is the best show I have watched since Nathan for you. Give it a try and you wont regret it.

Good thing I didn't watch it. City are like a 3 wheeler vehicle without De Bruyne. If he had not been back for the last dozen or so matches last season, Arsenal would have won the PL. City should have replaced Walker last season. His pace makes up for a lot of his mistakes but he is aging and slowing down. Whether Arsenal win the PL depends on how many games De Bruyne plays out of the 38.

Troppo Set in rural Australia, when a Korean businessman goes missing it is up to disgraced former cop Thomas Jane and murder convict Nicole Chamoun to get to the bottom of the mystery. The location is beautiful. The acting and plot is good for about 7 episodes till it all fizzles out in the end. The finale is Dexter final season levels of bad. The lead lady turns into Tommy Wiseau in the final episode. The ending is so badly written and acted that it completely ruins the first 7 episodes. What a waste of time.

Just finished watching Sharp Objects. I thought it was really good. Quite slow but very well made and well acted. Definitely worth a watch.

Up to episode 5/8 of Sharp Objects. Every time someone asks for a investigative thriller/murder mystery recommendation of Reddit its always Sharp Objects leading the pack or atleast in the top 5. So really wanted to check it out. I already have 3-4 theories on what is happening and I will be surprised if I didnt get it right with one of the theories. Its incredibly slow. Far too many abrupt cuts. Great cast. Lets see how it goes.

What a fantastic half. Didnt even realize how 45 minutes passed. United seem to have 4 good defenders but they somehow keep conceding. Really need to get rid of Casemiro. Liverpool are playing brilliant but the squad is quite thin. Its a really long season and they dont have much backup especially in the back. Already the best game of the weekend.

Greedy People Himesh Patel & Joseph Gordon Levitt work as police officers in Providence Island. One day they answer a call to a rich mans house. There is a dead woman. There is a million dollars. Lots of people have a stake in it. Its kind of like Fargo. The movie has a great cast with Lily James, Tim Blake Nelson, Jose Maria Yazpik, Jim Gaffigan. Its actually not that bad. 6.5/10

Hijack 1971 (Korean) The movie is a highly fictionalized version of an actual event. A South Korean fighter pilot refuses to shoot down a hijacked South Korean plane headed to North Korea. His actions are condemned and he is discharged from the Air Force. A couple of years later he is working as a first officer on a commercial airliner when the plane is hijacked and forced to head to North Korea. Based on actual events. Its not a bad movie but its overly dramatic. 6/10

Now that Gundogan is back do you reckon he will be made club captain? I doubt he will be a starter going forward but I guess he is very popular among the City players.

The Union How does Netflix have so much money that they can just casually throw 20-30 million on a movie that cannot even be categorized as a filler. If you turned it on in the background while you were doing something else it would still piss you off. There is a secret service in the US called The Union and when they are compromised they decide to recruit a random guy Walhberg to do their work. Its like a child wrote the plot and the same child taught Halle Berry to act. She is atrocious. The same talentless child also directed the movie. Absolutely horrendous movie. 4/10

Jackpot Akwafina, John Cena So America has gone to the dogs in the not so distant future and the government has come up with a monthly lottery to help people financially. To give everyone an equal opportunity anyone can kill the lottery winner within a 24 hour time frame and claim the lottery for themselves. The plot is silly but the movie is absolutely hilarious. Its a laugh fest from start to finish. Watched a proper funny movie after a really long time. Came out last week I think on Prime. I thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are looking for intelligent comedy then this is not it. If you are looking for silly fun then this is it. 7.5/10

New season same old United. Tedious to watch them for 90 mins.
