Azpilicueta will go down as an all time great at this club, model professional as well for young kids.

Ironically his best season for us was under Conte. I'll miss him. Whilst I understand Chelsea fan's frustration with him, I always thought his antics etc were over exaggerated and not really a big issue compared to what they were made out to be. My biggest problem with him was his form in the second half of last season and that's where my annoyance lay. I was always for keeping him at least for another season but with the fall out etc we were right to let him go. He's going to be fantastic for Atlético, exactly the type of player they are missing at the moment.

Thank you Costa. Morata isn't on Costa's level, let's hope he proves me wrong.

Yeah mate, Ivanovic should have been binned arguably two years before he eventually did. Managers putting trust in certain players who perhaps don't deserve it is common though, perhaps to do with squad harmony and man management etc. Mourinho dropped Cahill in 14/15 for around a month and Zouma took his place, credit Mourinho here as it actually sorted Cahill out and he got back on track after that. I am perhaps harsh on players at times but with a club of our resources and ambitions we should be aiming to have some of the best players in the world in every position. Cahill, Moses, Alonso, Willian aren't at the level we should be aspiring to. I would look back on Cahill fondly no doubt about it but I will always compare him to the best we've had and that's Terry and Ashley Cole, it was a pleasure watching these two play at their peaks. For me we still haven't replaced Cole, who perhaps goes slightly underappreciated by Chelsea fans in comparison to the likes of Terry, Lampard, Drogba etc.

I commented on Cahill during the match thread and as far as I'm reading him at the moment he looks increasingly anxious on the ball and in his body language in general. Just a theory but perhaps he's been feeling the pressure more than usual this year with Chelsea fans' criticism of him growing, of which he has even responded to on social media. This combined with the captaincy and the increased competition perhaps things are getting to him a bit.

Cahill wasn't the problem on Sunday, all down to Conte. I can't think why he didn't go with three in midfield especially after our recent performances against Arsenal unless there were concerns over the fitness of Bakayoko. Then again if that was the case I still would have put Luiz in midfield. We were starting to win the battle in the middle with Bakayoko's arrival. Interestingly we've had three red cards in our last three games against Arsenal which hasn't helped our cause either.

Morata needs to do more in his general play.

Depends on personnel as well, Costa doesn't really feed off crosses at all whereas Morata is the complete opposite. Having Moses and Alonso though will play some part in those statistics being low.

Stop mate and start Game of Thrones. Thank me later.

Something's wrong Arsenal.

Drinkwater and Barkley can fuck off as far as I'm concerned, sends an awful message to our youngsters as well. Renato Sanches is the answer.

Our treatment of the youngsters and some of the players we let go aside, I'm happy if the Ox comes. The squad needs someone with his versatility, maybe he'll provide cover for Alonso as well? Probably why Kenedy hasn't left yet as the club are waiting to get someone in. I don't particularly rate Ox but I think the conditions at Chelsea suit him much better, team has a clear identity with better management at this moment in time. I don't particularly rate a fair few players that regularly play for us anyway and Ox is probably equal to or better than some of them and this is why I don't understand some of the Arsenal fans laughing us, the system prevails here at Chelsea and under Conte at the moment it's a good place for players to develop (youngsters aside of course). The best thing at Chelsea for the Ox is Conte himself. If the Ox goes about it the right way, he'll get game time. His best bet at the moment is probably pushing Moses out the team but that won't be easy.

Last season was difficult for him, with injuries and off the pitch issues however he really does look a shadow of the player he was, this is a big season for him. His pace and dribbling ability no longer looks a threat when I watch him.

Wow.

@The Liquidator John Terry left hand side and his left foot? Which he improved as his career progressed, Terry was class on the ball considering his stature.

Haha I was waiting for your reaction. The videos speak the truth though, only have to go back as little as the Burnley game to see another example of Cahill's poor ability on the ball. We have a duty to not only produce good defenders in this country but good footballers as well.

Yeah, Arya has been pissing me off slightly as well, I've always quite liked Little Finger to be honest. The worst character of all time was the High Sparrow, fuck me what a bore he was.

For the record, I would keep him around as a squad player, I like him and I wouldn't go to the extents of what some do on Twitter however as a football fan I state what I see. The only thing you mention there really which was noteworthy is the pass to Morata. It was a difficult game for Willian to play in as much of the counter attacking threat fell on him without Hazard or Pedro but this isn't one game, that type of performance from him happens regularly. He was dispossessed or lost the ball over ten times on Sunday, his work rate has dropped since Mourinho as well. Willian is a good player but there's something wrong if you want to be a top team and he's starting for you every week (which he doesn't for us under Conte anyway) for me he's overrated by general football fans as he scores the odd good goal here and there.

What did he do well yesterday but hit the post?

About time someone made a video of it.

Thought it could have been done a lot better that latest episode in my opinion, poorly done in parts.
