Well I guess it's time to come out of the closet and say that Hoffenheim are my favorite German club.  If Dietmar Hopp can do the right thing, then so can I.

Think this deserves more publicity than it had back in March. Well at least I didn't notice than: DFL has sent change commitments to Bundeskartellamt to dispel their concerns about German antitrust law.

It's expressly excluded to give new clubs exceptions from the 50+1 rule from now on, among other things. The already existing exceptions are only preserved under certain conditions.
