Administrator Stan Posted July 24, 2018 Administrator Posted July 24, 2018 @SirBalon @The Rebel CRS @Kowabunga I don't recall seeing him much - what can we expect from him? Is it a bargain for Bournemouth at just under £11m? Quote Bournemouth have agreed a deal to sign full-back Diego Rico from La Liga side Leganes for £10.7m. Borussia Dortmund were also keen on the 25-year-old Spaniard, but it is understood he has chosen to join Eddie Howe's side on a four-year contract. The deal is subject to personal terms being agreed and a medical, with Rico due in the UK in the next 24 hours. Rico has played 58 times for Leganes since joining the club from Real Zaragoza in 2016. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/44931851
SirBalon Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 One of the Zaragoza "Promesas" which had a lot of expectancy surrounding him. He has a lot of qualities and was very good last season especially when they knocked out Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey. But he seems to have reached his level and it'll be very interesting to see what he can do in the English game. He is quick and his forte is his technical ability.
Dave Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 Well, it looks like they bulked at the price for Tierney then.
