Dave
I know he was signed for a lot of money, but a dark horse for signing of the summer could be Alireza Jahanbakhsh? He is a player that Brighton have had their eye on for some time. They nearly got him three summers ago when he really made a name for himself at NEC but he chose to join AZ to develop his game. That suggests to me hes been thoroughly scouted. Hes improved season upon season. Last season he scored 21 goals in 27 appearances, including two hat-tricks in the final three fixtures of the season. He is only 25, he is experienced for his age, and his continual line of progression suggests Brighton could be a stepping stone for greater things.
