I've always watched it fine out there on Bein Sports.

Like Balon said you can get beIN which covers la liga, serie A if you want to watch on tv. If you are looking for streams, try fubo.tv they provide streams for subscription and they are pretty good. I used to have TV cable connection with NBCSN and beIN but then I got rid of it as I dont watch any other TV other than football matches and NBA. Now I use fubo.tv with paid subscription which I can watch on my laptop
