Think the article is a bit misleading in the fact that it comes off with the intention that this donation was to the educational system when the reality is that its for furthering Computer Science studies into Artificial Intelligence and its uses. MIT and Oxford are leading the charge here so its no surprise that the money has gone where it has gone considering there was a similar donation to MIT (350m) to help them improve the same.
