  1. Pogba posted a new photo with his new haircut and the United fans are tearing him apart in the comments
  2. @VanPaddy How's Van Ginkel done this season? Heard he's been one of the better players in the league and is already club captain at PSV
  3. I kind of see why they would go that route. Make Venom It's own thing. The cast itself is better than any of the marvel films.
  4. Venom is marvel mate? There was rumors Spider-Man would make a cameo in the film. Also confirmed Carnage is in the film. Absolutely jizzing over this. Hope they Don't fuck it up.
  5. Looks fantastic. Also Really hoping we see a Venom sneak peek in the credits
  6. Yet football has evolved since then and continues to evolve. Technical players in every position seems to be the way football is moving forward, and I don't think conservative football in today's game will have any benefit other than the occasional odd trophy here and there. It's been 6 years since the last time a team managed to win the Champions League playing conservatively.
  7. Is he trying to say United's heritage will always be a midtable - 6th place club?
  8. What the hell is he talking about? "I say to the fans that the fans are the fans and have the right to their opinions and reactions but there is something that I used to call football heritage. I don’t know if, I try to translate from my Portuguese, which is almost perfect, to my English, which is far from perfect, football heritage." "And what a manager inherits is something like the last time Manchester United won the Champions League which didn’t happen a lot of times, was in 2008. Since 2011, 2012, out in the group phase, the group was almost the same group we had this season, Benfica, Basel and Galati from Romania." "Out in the group phase in 2013 out at Old Trafford in the last 16, I was on the other bench. In 2014, out in the Quarter Final. In 2015, no European football. In 2016, comes back to European football, out in the group phase, goes to Europa League and on the second knockout out of the Europa League. In 2017, play Europa League, win Europa League with me and goes back to CL." "In 2018, win the group phase with 15 points out of a possible 18 and loses at home in the last 16. So in seven years with four diff managers, once not qualify for Europe, twice out in the group phase and the best was the quarter final, this is football heritage and if you want to go to the PL, the last victory was 12-13 and in the four consecutive seasons United finish fourth fifth, sixth and seventh." "So in the last four years the best was fourth. This is football heritage. Means that when you start the process you are here, you are there or you are there, is heritage."
  9. I'm saying for clubs to be successful. Don't think conservative football will reap rewards for a club in the future.
  10. Conservative football is a dying style with the game continuing to evolve. Having technical players in every position really is the way football is moving towards, and those clubs that are financially better off, will be taking the most advantage. Guardiola really revolutionsed the game in 2008-09. Give me a manager with balls and has a hard on for technical players vs tall/strong players. The football Sarri has produced with Napoli was incredible. Who ever the next manager may be, time and support won't be given to him unless there are changes in the board room. Otherwise it's a repetitive cycle.
  11. He's been saying that for years. Literally no one has turned on him inspite of wednesday's performance.
  12. How? No point in saying he's gonna stay anymore. You'd just be in denial.
  13. Alonso gets his first call up with Spain. Fully deserved although I wonder if they will use him as a winger?
  14. Cahill and Moses are midtable players. By no means should we continue to have them when they are massive liabilities. Revert to a back 4. Alonso and Emerson. Azpilicueta and Zappacosta. Sorted. Need to invest heavily on a replacement for Hazard and a quality midfield partner for Kante. Also added depth. Morata Isco---------------------------Willian Milinkovic-Savic---------Loftus-Cheek Kante Emerson----------Rudiger--------Christensen--------Azpilicueta Allison
  15. We should be looking to sell Courtois in the summer. Yet another player that doesn't want to be here and continues to talk about Atletico Madrid whilst being proper shit in goal. Add Hazard to that. Obviously his heart will always be at Real. Sell these two. Along with Cahill, Moses, Cesc. That money alone should have us get proper signings. And when I mean proper, I mean players that can benefit or upgrade our side. Not stop gaps.
  16. So done with 3 at the back and so done with conservative football. Much rather go back to the traditional 4-3-3 Morata Batshuayi Giroud __________________ Hazard Willian New Winger Pedro __________________ Kante New CM Loftus-Cheek Bakayoko Barkley Ampadu ______________________ Emerson Alonso Azpilicueta Zappacosta _______________________ Rudiger Christensen Luiz New CB __________________________ Courtois Caballero
  17. As you can see, Courtois isn't as good as he is sought out to be.
  18. "Mourinho might say I'm the worst manager in Premier League history, but tonight he's a manager who has spent nearly £1bn in his career and his teams play like that." - Frank De Boer Define karma
  19. Sean Bean has revealed that moments when Ned Stark gets executed, all he whispers was a prayer before getting decapitated. Hopefully that puts an end to "Ned Stark returning ' rumors to bed. Would be weird seeing him ressurected.
  20. As opposed to Oscar and Ramires. Christ Brasil has come along way
  21. We'll take Alena off your hands

I don't do distance running anymore as it's less effective than HIIT, but I always spend 20-30 minutes stretching after my workout. I would also suggest using foam rollers to to break up any adhesions in your muscles. And in etween running days, light cycling just to get some blood flowing in your legs.
