I just realized something unsettling... I was talking to a Chilean the other day who was spending his holidays here in Lima and he told me just as news reports that Chile will kick off in protests again in March. With 10 cases in their country, that is worrying. That could be a gamechanger. According to him they calmed things down thanks to their holidays and it being summer or some shit but it is said that Chile will kick off in protests again sometime this month. Not to mention that winter is coming up...

So I got permission to go cover the Dallas Cup for my website. This damn Coronavirus is cancelling everything though. @nudge in a youth tournament, what are the chances it gets cancelled? Would it be 2 weeks before? Since people will have to buy flights and whatnot. I'm not sure when the best time to buy flight tickets if at all.

So this has taken a bit of a toll. Apparently the ship isn't running the itinerary in 2020 or 2021. However I am not giving up, I'm gonna ask around and see if a private tour is possible. Bouvet and Edinburg of the Seven Seas must happen!

Still no *confirmed* cases in Peru. 3 suspected cases though. I still don't think we are at huge risk compared to other continents but we did get hit hard by Swine Flu so you never know.
