    Glass Onion - 5/10

Murder mystery. Boring and I knew who the killer was from the get co. Daniel Craig's southern accent dropped this film down a point.

Need to learn to stop watching Netflix films.

Did you not watch Knives Out? The accent shouldn’t have been a surprise.

I've wanted to watch this for a while but my kids have seen the first 5 minutes and deemed it too scary... Is there anything specifically scary in the movie or just the everyone's a skeleton aspect?

Honestly mate, there’s nothing scary in this film. Watched with with the kids loads. It’s a bit sinister towards the end before it’s all nice again but your kids may not even understand that aspect of it. Sabrina’s been watching it since she was 3 and loves it. Loved it so much this was Halloween this year….

Exactly, no shit went down when the Salford firms ran the doors in Manchester.

Imagine trying to explain why you have a knife hidden on you to 4 or 5 absolute lunatics wanting an excuse to send you home in an ambulance.

You just wouldn't bother would you.

Hence why clubs are now weak as shit and stuff like you mentioned is happening more frequent.

I get your point, but on the flip side, how many poor sods ended up with traumatic brain injuries for simply looking at a bouncer the wrong way? Whilst it’s still on the whole incredibly rare to be knifed to death inside a club (I know numbers have risen), kickings from doormen were a dozen a night and often resulted in horrendous life changing injuries. Source: best mates mum head of A&E at the time (late 90’s/early 00’s).

Met my missus at 20, she was 19.

    20 years later......

Still together. This theory seems hugely flawed to me.

Little birdie told me you got divorced 5 years ago mate.

some kids in middle school get heart broken after a breakup, you cant expect a relationship longer than 6 weeks if youre under 24-27

That’s why I met my wife at 19. Probably shouldn’t comment on things you have absolute no idea about because you’re 12.

    Out of interest why not?

Well the Physio’s aren’t striking and the Nurses are most DN’s that are on time critical visits. If you’re not out packing wounds, cleaning pressure areas and changing meds in syringe drivers, people will die. The striking nurses aren’t in A&E, HDU and critical care etc. Its more the standard non critical stuff on general wards.

Crazy game tonight between Vikings and Colts.

Vikings were 33-0 at half-time, then 36-7 shortly after.

Vikings have pulled it back to 36-36 just before the 2-min warning.

    Proper game of 2 halves.

    @DeadLinesman you're a Vikings man aren't you?

I am. Agree with Spike and DDW though. Defence is shocking and we’ll be one and done in the playoffs.

  7. Anyone see the United financials that were released? 307m in transfer debt on top of the 500m club debt. Had to borrow a further £100m last year and now only got £24m left in the club coffers which is about 3-4 weeks of operating costs. We’re literally on a pay check to pay check basis at the moment. No wonder the spineless money grabbing want to sell.

We could be well and truly fucked at this point.

Yeah, that’s why I went. It was class, definitely not what I was thinking.

Smile - 7/10 Decent horror flick for once, some properly creepy scenes and some good jump scares. Sosie Bacon was really good.

Really want to see this as well. Was meant to go a couple of weeks ago but had to miss it. Will have to wait for it to come out on a stream now.
