You really feel like an old fart when you check Instagram or Facebook to see what all these Young Guns are up to.

I've never been as muscular as I am now. I'm on a strict three times a week cardio, three times a week weight training, and it shows. What worries me is that I like touching my chest a lot now, because it feels so different, and I like it. Never going to be a poser though. Hate those idiots.

Apparently George Russell convinced Claire Williams to give him a drive by making a Power Point presentation. Also the reason why he used powerpoint in this video: When Seb announced that he's leaving Ferrari he posted this: So yea, George is good with Powerpoint, and now Checo asked him if he could make him one to get a seat for next season.

That comment from Checo is funny and sad at the same time.

Kamui was an awesome driver. Very quick and daring. His podium in Japan and his courageous overtakes were awesome! Takuma Sato was quite talented as well, but I think he was rushed into F1 because Jordan-Honda were desperate for a Japanese Driver, and he was an exciting prospect. His later achievements show how talented he really is.

Fernando is and always has been an utterly bitter cunt. He's developed an unhealthy amount of hate for Sebastian when the latter was at Red Bull. I remember when they asked Seb about Fernando and he said "I'd love to have a chat and a coffee with him, but for some reason he doesn't like me." Renault/Alpin made a big mistake bringing that toxic cunt into the team, and should have gone with Zhou or one of the other juniors.

I usually watch movies while I work out. And then if there's like 30 mins left, I forget, because I usually work out 60-90 minutes and need a movie that is that long. Or a TV Show. Also, Millie Bobbie Brown is a really good actress! She has such good and charismatic facial expressions. Last time I saw her was in the first season of Stranger Things.

Watched the first hour of that and quite enjoyed it. Very lighthearted and entertaining watch so far.

Oh yea, completely forgot to report in here. It was very yummy. Cooked it over 3 hours and served it with some greenTagliatelle. I will never eat Bolognese any other way again.

Funnily enough I don't even miss Pubs that much since Covid. It was mostly full of idiots talking bullshit etc. I really don't miss that kind of atmosphere.

The Devil All the Time (2020) Really liked that one. I liked the story, the soundtrack, the cast was stellar. I think that's the first movie I saw with Tom Holland. Talented young actor for sure! 8/10

Sounds good, and that sounds pretty close to a proper Bolognese too. Weird how "Spaghetti Bolognese" is so popular in Germany whereas Italians never eat Bolognese with Spaghetti. I bought some Tagliatelle for it! One day I also want to try to make my own pasta. It sounds simple but I think the kitchen will need renovating after that.

Making Shakshuka tomorrow. I love it and eat it almost twice a month at least. And the on Saturday I'll try my hands on a proper authentic Bolognese that has to cook 3-4 hours. Sick of that canned stuff that has too much sugar in it. Pics may follow if I manage to dish it up nicely.
