  1. I know Bellerin can be good attacking but really what has he done to justify that amount of praise? I have failed to see anything postive this season. It seems to me like a lot of the current and previous players once Wenger has his hands on them he ruins them, they seem to go off form for very long period. It has to go down to the coaching and lack of tactics.
  2. Van Persie scores on his home debut in 30 seconds after coming on as a sub.
  3. I think this season really will be the end of an era for Wenger, complete mess up of the league and FA Cup, his only hope of winning something is the League cup or the Europa League but I cannot see Arsenal one of the top teams left if they are drawn with them. Transfers have been extremely poor also this season, everything has been a panic, even the one that was free Kolasinac looks like a shocking player if he cannot even get in this defence! Lacazette looks an extremely poor signing, that is why no one else was in for him after A Madrid were unable to sign him, Mikhitaryan was just swapped in a mad last minute panic as was the signing of Aubameyang who again was bought last minute.com. The problems have not been addressed, Cech was dodgy last season but still stuck with him, central defence has been the poorest for a long while at the cub and the midfield again the same problems its just deja vu every season. Players like Bellerin are not good enough also, he is always out of position, cannot cross, is more famous for his fashion then his football which kind of sums him up, maybe if he does leave he can get his career back on track but he is going the same way as Walcott or a Gibbs . Steve Bould also needs to fuck off, the biggest yes man in football!
  4. Dembele is the most underrated player who really should be the best player, he dominates games. It is surprising that he used to be striker when he was at Williem II and even back then Real Madrid put a future transfer on him.
  5. Lacazette is not a top striker, the French national team do not even rate him also.
  6. Arsenal just need to sort out their scouting again which they have now invested a lot in now in the last month with the new person coming in from Dortmund, again this has been taken away from Wenger. There are plenty of players around the world you can get without spending millions.
  7. Yea no worries just sometimes Arsenal the board have themselves to blame, its not always about Wenger even though he does control most things to do with the playing side of the club.
  8. There was hardly any debt, the old stadium got converted in to 650 luxury apartments (highbury Square), this actually brought in about £350 million due to the sale of the flats, plus Arsenal are the freeholders still so they collect all the management fees plus ground rent. Emirates cost around £390 million to build, the debts of the stadium were in Arsenal Football club but the sale of the old stadium were in Highbury Management company so technically all the same company, plus Arsenal built and sold all the properties on their new stadium site as well. It's just one big myth about Arsenal not having money, Arsenal are just more then a football club now, they have entered into other revenues so it's just a brand. The board fo the football club just wanted the whole thing of Emirates to pay for itself as Kroenke was never interested to put his own money in to the club. Even this season Arsenal are well in profit and they have spent over 90 million but player sales were much more.
  9. He is decent, fast and skillful can play on the wing or attacking midfield.
  10. Arsenal in the last 5 years how they have acted in the transfer market is like a guy who leaves it to end in a nightclub to try and pull a woman before the lights come on, scrambling around with no real plan to look for the strays and left overs, so it has been cheap as they didn't have to buy them drinks all night if they they moved in for someone decent earlier. Now they are going for these higher older targets that no one else wants, due to them having some kind of baggage or seen as a potential risk, again no real plan involved. Wenger really has left the club in such a poor state when he does decide to leave.
  11. The big clubs always buy from the lower clubs, recently Ajax have used alot of their own youth. Psv and Feyenoord have bought players.
  12. Villarreal, Leganes and Levante all announced on Sunday loan signings of Saudi Arabia internationals until the end of the season as part of an agreement between La Liga and the Arab state's authorities. Money Money Money that is what happens when you sell yourselves out to Arabs, now they own the tv rights for Spanish football with their BeIN Media.
  13. It is down to pure pressure of the fans as well as the other shareholders now, who know what really goes on but this whole thing is extremely strange, Arsenal bring in a scout from Dortmund and suddenly Arsenal are getting a former Dortmund player plus a current one, so it looks like its not really from Wenger's source. The power is finally but slowly been taken away from Wenger, he might of said in the past I do not need to sign players for big money I can find players who can be World class for 10-20 million as that is what he has been doing but who knows. The only thing everyone should be concerned with, is why is no one signing a contract from the current crop of players, is it because they they do not want to play under Wenger anymore? if thats so then Wenger needs to go ASAP as the club cannot afford to lose their assets.
  14. Arsenals representatives are in Dortmund to finalise the signing of Aubameyang - reports of 50 Million euros plus Oliver Giroud will go the other way on Loan.
  15. Van Persie officially signed for Feyenoord this morning, he takes the number 32 shirt, it was his first squad number when he joined the first team.
  16. Striker Robin van Persie will seal a move to his former club Feyenoord on Monday, 14 years after he departed. The veteran striker is available on a free deal and will sign with the Rotterdam club in the coming days. Van Persie, 34, will make his return to De Kuip, over a decade after he left to pursue his Premier League dream with Arsenal.
  17. Because a lot of Arsenal fans are so easily pleased these days, Look what this board and Wenger have done to these people , Ozil just has to swing in a corner and if anyone scores off it then Ozil is seen as this assist machine, its pathetic.
  18. Well you bought the current keeper from another English club Sunderland, that has not really worked out well.
  19. Liverpool I believe have enquired about Jasper Cillessen from Barcelona, but he doesnt want to leave Barcelona even if he sits on the bench.
  20. Van Persie should complete in the next few days.
  21. Yea looks a great talent, Has wonderful skill and pace, can see him go to be a big club next season.
