Got back from Thailand, Monday. Moved house Tuesday. Cleaned old house Wednesday. Pre wedding banter Thursday. Wedding (and a speech uhh) yesterday. Recovery today. Japan tomorrow. Fuck I'm mad (and quite ill).

Different twist on Craig David's 7 Days song!

An eventful few days for me. Firstly on NYE got with one of my best friends which was pretty awkward. Then yesterday we had to put my dog down at the ripe age of 15 which was awful, then today moved back out of the parents pad and in with three of my mates from school closer to work.

    Shattered now.

    was he expecting it?

Yes though I can only admit to knowing 2 or 3 of his songs off the top of my head.

I Giorni is my all time fave. could whack that on any time and instantly feel happy.

Primavera and Oltremare also I enjoy.

I was going to have some on us -2 when Spurs went down to 9 men, at 2-1, with 15 minutes left.

So of course it ends 6-1.

They're absolutely flying though. I think it's a big problem at Leicester to be honest the lack of youngsters we've produced of any real quality over the years, I don't know if this group are really that good (Sam Hughes and George Thomas seem to be getting a lot of praise) but we do at least now have a manager who is happy to give youngsters those chances and that's something we've needed. No manager's done it here for as long as I can remember.

Also found the above Twitter thread very interesting. It's mainly about Southampton but it reflects well on Puel - and pretty terribly on Southampton (and Les Reed, who I actually did think highly of).

He's recalled Harvey Barnes from his loan at Barnsley as well. Wonder where he'll fit in if Puel does rate him.

    No they don't.

It's not like he plays in the Maltese league FFS!

a defender who plays against the likes of Messi, Agüero, Falcao and Higuain at international, don't you think that's good enough? Or do you only rate the likes of Ross McCormack and Steven Fletcher?

that's a couple of games every few months (if that), though.

I guess you can get a better feeling on a player when they play consistently in a bigger, better and more competitive league (i.e. from Brazil to Spain) which is what Smiley was getting at probably.

The worst night out of the year tonight. Though it seems most people I know have gone abroad or are just not doing much.

Quiet one for me, I’m off to the Final of the Darts tomorrow.

Despise going out on New Year's Eve. Never been a fan of it after doing it once about 10 years ago. So many bellends out and about (more so than on a normal night out).

Much prefer the house-parties which is 1) more fun and 2) much cheaper especially if you get people to bring their own food and/or booze.

Lost 6-0. Absolute shambles our club is. One of the worst ran and most frustrating clubs on the planet. Biggest defeat ever perhaps? Coach and owner must go. The prick keeps saving himself by defeating shite like Phoenix or Roar. Just sack him!!!

    only 1-0 at HT.

    Terrible 2nd half game.
