I agree, but I currently rate Vardy higher than rashford so I have higher expectations for him.

I love Vardy but thought he was poor in the minutes he played for England at the WC. I know he didn’t play much but at the highest level you have to take your chance with limited minutes. He’d still be my second choice though and way ahead of rashford.

They were never going to get someone with the skill set they asked for and the salary they were offering so they had to lower then expectations and ended up with me The criteria for a job is a list of things they want, not necessarily what they will get! How many apprentices have two years apprenticeship experience already? I doubt many do so the applicants will be people like you applying. If you have over half of the criteria go for it.
