Going off what I've read in the media:- Why would a club spend 100 million on a 20 year old and then sell him a season later? It can take years for a player of such an age to adapt to a team. When buying a player so young then it's just as much about the future as it is the present. If a club expect a 20 year old to be ripping the world apart and be at the peak of their game in just 1 season, then they simply have no right of purchasing players of that age in the first place and should be banned from doing so. It's that defence which needs the most work. It's been the team's downfall this season and the main reason for the Roma and Levante results, which mesnt an early exit from the Champs league and history being prevented from being made. Such hard work was ruined by league 2 style inept defending. This club is starting to remind me of Chelsea when it comes to transfer dealings and young players. That board need to fuck off and there needs to be massive changes to staff behind the scenes. All these young players being bought from Brazil who never even come close to playing before being loaned out is ridiculous as well. There is something going on there and it has nothing to do with buying these players in order to play them and better the team. I expect the same from Arthur, what's the point?

You should say you have something wrong with your back and stick a claim in since it's a rich footballer

It was incredible that season and you could almost predict it happening just by watching the team in pre-season. Thierry Henry also had a very underrated season that year. Everyone will (rightfully) speak more of the likes of Messi, Eto'o, Iniesta and Xavi, but Henry had his moments and plenty of them that term. A quality performance at the Bernabeu in the 2-6 comes to mind, as does that cracking goal vs Atletico(I think it was). We didn't quite get to see the Henry of Arsenal, where he was one of the best players I've seen(and easily the best I've seen in the Premier league) but he still offered plenty and when I speak of Pep letting Eto'o leave as being one of his (very few) low points, one thing(of many) that he did get right was keeping Henry, but shipping out Ronaldinho and Deco. Most managers would have kept them considering how brilliant they were for the club, although by that point they were at an end(as you could see in the previous season) and Pep knew this. Not shipping them out would likely have been a massive error. As would have selling Thierry Henry as he complemented the young Messi and Eto'o perfectly. As for this season, it can't be called a failure as 2 trophies were won when I bet most thought that it was set to be an awful season after the result in the Super Cup, but to lose that unbeaten run last night was disappointing after coming so close. Beating La Real's long running unbeaten record was still historic though in itself. Also atleast the team fought to try and come back and Coutinho showed that he has what it takes to step up when needed. The defence, as always, is the big worry for me as when it comes to the crunch they just can't defend.

The best number 9 Barcelona have had over the last 20 or so years. Pep forcing him out was one of his(Pep's) low points without a doubt. It's clear that he is likely a pain to work with for managers at times due to his personality and stroppy attitude, but with him in the team, Barcelona would have likely gone all the way in the Champs league in 09-10 and done back to back trebles.

They eat Baby crocodiles, which shows just what type of monster you are dealing with

The Cheetahs would have jumped for the kid first also since it would be the easiest prey. Idiots. Who said Dinosaurs were extinct? @nudge @Bluewolf

What a bunch of fucking idiots. Then when a large cat(or any other animal) mauled them, it would be the big cat that was shot, all because of these 2 idiots and their own stupidity.

Fucking retards man. She has a kid in her hand as well. Also the man is running away leaving his wife and kid behind.

I don't get Buffalos at times. There are around 50 of them there, all equipped with massive horns, yet they run from one animal. I know that one animal is a lion and is one of the last things you'd want to fuck with, although if they all charged at it, they would easily come out on top you would have thought. On another note, this is hunting at its finest. Not nice to see, but it's part of nature. There is a reason for it all, however cruel it may be.

That would be a great experience. Amazing animals and probably the most friendly along with Dolphins. Obviously the kids were scared and screaming as they weren't any the wiser(could even be mistaken for sharks at that distance), but this would have been a fantastic experience. The news making out like they were in danger is fucking stupid. Killer whales have only ever attacked/killed humans when in captivity.

I saw a woodpecker today(A greater spotted one I think it was), I could hear it in the trees near the site I'm on as it was making that whistle noise they do, I then saw it fly between 2 trees and then it came down and started eating on a bird feeder. It wasn't bothered by us at all. It's not everyday you see woodpeckers to be honest. I remember finding a green woodpecker as a kid once as it was injured, so I picked it up and took it to a local vet, although it isn't too often you encounter them. You can always hear them but not see them.

What a lovely view....of fuck all

Not if you were to support a National league north team mate, where every side would be based up North in that league. Had Morecambe not stayed up on goal difference(in League two) then you could have gone for them. Then again, there are a few teams in League Two who would be worth looking out for. Accy Stanley(although they have just been promoted to League One), Crewe, Carlisle, Oldham, Bury(both of which will be going down from League One this term), and if you wanted League One itself, then you have Blackpool, Fleetwood, Rochdale...

More like if he didn't love his women and booze too much. But talent wise, he blows you away when you watch old footage, without a doubt. Special talent. -
You work in sales actually don't you? so it's possible. It would be quite easy for you to pop onto site with your fancy suit on and plant something. Nobody would see it coming.

I've been working with a Scouse fella the last week and half, who is close to retirement at the end of the year, and he was speaking about who the best players he'd seen are. He then got onto George Best saying how he was the greatest he's seen live, this is from a Scouse Liverpool fan who absolutely despises Man United, so it's not like he is showing any form of bias. He was saying how said he remembers United hammering Liverpool when he was there one night, 4-0 he said he thinks the result was and how everything Best did that night was absolutely perfect, every touch, every dribble and how he destroyed Liverpool. It's good to listen to stories from people who were able to see players live from before your time. -
Today when at work(I'm back at it now, got back on a new job last week after the injury) and I heard a massive gun shot/bomb-like sound. It turns out the Telehandler driver's tire blew and It's lucky nobody was stood next to it, as it would have blown their head off.

He's had the impact on Barcelona that Di Stefano did on Real Madrid all those years ago and he doesn't look done. I don't think he will fuck off to Qatar as young as Xavi and Iniesta has suffered injuries throughout his career, which will have made his decision on leaving earlier than he probably should have. If Messi looks after himself, he can retire at Barcelona as a 38 year old and will still be a key player at that age.

It's interesting to see a heat map as when watching the games every week, it's something you notice in how he's literally everywhere on the pitch. You don't get players like that scoring a goal a game on top of that. It's just not normal. It'll be interesting to see how he can lead this team now that Iniesta has gone to China and he's now going to be the main captain. This is another reason I think Valverde needs to stay, as it's also about stability in continuing to have success. I do agree with you about becoming tired of his football due to him being more conservative, although at the same time, It didn't help matters with having a lack of options in terms of creativity and pace for a lot of the season. With Coutinho and Dembele in the side, this changes a lot in this regard and after winning a double, the winning mentality is there and he'll be hungry for more. Let's also not forget that he literally only got it wrong in one game all season, it was a big one against Roma, but still, it's not something that he can't put right next year. A few signings would go along way themselves and you can bet this board will be going all out for more star signings this summer. Hopefully when Andre Gomes leaves(which is inevitable), Aleña will take his place rather than a new signing being brought in. I also don't get why someone such as Grimaldo isn't brought back to the club to replace Digne, who has done absolutely nothing since joining. I don't think much of Paulinho either. He had a cracking first half of the season and brought something new to the team, although since then he has been absolutely gash. He's definitely not the type of player who will help you continuing to progress. Denis Suarez is one I'd like to see stay. He's a very talented lad and if happy with not playing a regular first team role, he can be a very useful player. With this said, he needs to play quite a bit more than he has been.
