  1. Dyche puts Branthwaite on for Lindstrom at 1-0 down and throws Keane up front . Can't wait to see the back of this era.
  2. Beto hits the bar and Saints go down the other end and score. Their first shot on target.
  3. Harrison misses narrowly then Mangala wastes a 4-on-2. We could have put these away by now with some decent decision making in the final third.
  4. Our match has been shite. Southampton knocking the ball around loads in their and the middle third whilst not knowing how to attack. Us sitting off but not looking decisive when we launch a counter attack.
  5. Mclaren are such idiots. Swap the cars when Leclerc is over a second behind you nobheads.

  9. I'm away until Friday so no Mexico results until next week I'm afraid. I'll post the Brazil predictions tomorrow.
  10. Eddie Howe at 16/1 looks the best value to me at the moment. Glasner, Lopetegui and Dyche will get time now and I think Wolves have the fixtures to go on a good run to save O'Neil. Russell Martin looks likely but if Southampton decide to just accept relegation and stick with him, Howe isn't impossible. They've gone really stale under him and it's gone under the radar.
  11. Saturday 2nd November, 2024 Stoke 1-1 Derby, 12.30 Northampton 2-0 Kettering, 17.30 Ajax 2-2 PSV, 17.45 Brest 0-1 Nice, 18.00 Monza 1-2 AC Milan, 19.45 Atlanta United 2-3 Inter Miami, 23.00 Sunday 3rd November, 2024 Melbourne Victory 2-0 Macarthur FC, 05.00 MK Dons 2-2 AFC Wimbledon, 12.30 Motherwell 0-2 Rangers Barcelona 3-0 Espanyol, 15.15
  12. Does my head in that we've barely laid a glove on them since that 4-0 when they've been handing out wins to every team in the league. On the refereeing drama, I thought Van Dijk was very lucky early on when he kicked out at Havertz. If that happens in Brentford vs Fulham and the player gets sent off it isn't even remotely controversial. The penalty call where Martinelli got wiped out by the slide tackle was a good claim but he did control the ball with his arm before that so that might be why VAR didn't intervene. The Arsenal "goal" I thought the foul given was soft but the whistle had clearly gone and you can't say they'd definitely have scored if everyone had played on as if there hadn't been a whistle.
  13. Definitely a chance which is why they need to keep cracking down on him and they should have last week. He'll happily run his closest title rival off the track and compromise his own race. The only thing that will give him pause is if they rack up his penalty points and he starts getting close to a race ban. I'm sure some people will claim it's big and clever of him and say he's "doing what he can get away with" to win the championship. I'm all for hard racing but this guy crosses the line into bad sportsmanship. The rules are the same for everyone yet nobody runs themselves and their rival off the track as much as him. Anyway, at least he got punished for it this time so I won't keep going on about it. I don't know what he gets in terms of penalty points but I hope it's a few.
  14. This is a bad track. Hopefully it isn't long for the calendar after Perez finally bows out of F1.
  15. The way things are going Mclaren could very easily end up without either championship. Ferrari are known as the clowns but when they've had a good car this year they've put on some real clinics as to how to score as many points as possible. Leclerc could very easily beat Norris in the WDC as well.
  16. Finally the stewards grow a pair and deal with Verstappen's dirty driving.
  17. Why are Liverpool fans complaining on Twitter about Neville's commentary? How do they think the rest of us feel when we have to listen to Carragher commentate on them against our teams as if assumes everyone watching is a Liverpool fan...
  18. Quarter of the season gone, Man Utd are 14th and it isn't even that big of a story.
