https://ruinergame.com/ Clunky but quite a load of fun and cheap on Steam too if anyone wants to pick it up. Played a few minutes and I feel that with a mouse this one is just going to be much better than an actual controller. Has a very transistor feel to it but the enemies don't wait for you to setup your moves. The color-scheme to me is also gorgeous.

So, today, I took one of those "i'll take a chance on this again" moments with DS3 and went back to finish a level I pretty much deserted because I figured this is just not possible. I cannot begin to tell anyone the amount of explicit words I have now hurled at this game and its development team but you just have to try. For anyone who hasn't played a Dark Souls game I strongly advise you never touch one unless you like seeing a death screen more times than you actually get to enjoy the game itself. Needless to say I have now spent over 30 minutes and I am still nowhere close to beating this 'minion' who isn't even a damn level boss. This game (to me) is officially designed and endorsed by Satan himself. P.S. its goddamn gorgeous and the weapon choice and skill tree are fantastic too.

Finally got around to catching up on Halt and Catch Fire. Now I am queuing up The Deuce and Better Things. Has anyone watched the latter? Heard its a good comedy.

Thought they did too but they have the new Darksiders coming out and they have another game as well (I forget its name). Plus I found out theres a turn-style Battlechasers game coming out soon. Yeah I get that they are getting a brand new Metroid and all but surely even they must have thought this could have been ported. Played it a while back but haven't been in there since Destiny 2 came out. I'll let you know if I get back on but I doubt that's happening anytime soon. I will say they've come a long way since release day

From what I am hearing its good and I have it downloaded just waiting to give it a try. They've learned from all their past mistakes is what word on the street is but I won't believe it till I see it.

Only 149 minutes???? Sacrilege!!!!

Finished the new Uncharted and while its entertaining its hardly worth a replay or the money imo. There was also screen-tearing at a very crucial part of the game and for a supposed AAA title that is total bollocks.

Last year he got a lot of stick for everything he did and then he came out and said he was nursing an injury through all of it which made me feel like the guy does try, got unjustly roasted and now hes starting to get a lot better. I hope he stays a long time and only gets better. He played in such a weird position at one point and did well there as well.

On paper and the timing of players coming back this looks like we'll get out. I don't think any of the games will be easy because I am sure most teams know that this team can attack so they'll play more defensive than normal but if we get some squad rotation going and keep everyone fit I don't see any reason we don't get out of this. On a totally different note, if someone teaches Gini to finish I think that would be a huge asset to have. The guy gets into such promising positions and should be tucking those chances away.

I'd take Sergi Roberto from that lot just because I think he has the energy to cut it with the way Klopp wants to play. As for Migs and Moreno we can all agree that they're both 'generally' shit but they've got redeeming spells to keep them around til suitable replacements arrive.

If anyone is looking for a good pass-time on Steam I have to recommend 'Hollow Knight' or Pyre right now because both are loads of fun.

Anyone on here using anything AMD related for gaming? I've been following thread ripper news for a bit now and was curious if anyone is using a Ryzen chip or if they are using the new VEGA GFXes because they look very affordable compared to their NVIDIA counterparts.

I think this sums up how I felt about it too. It was too drawn out at times and I never really felt like I was never going to get out of a situation at any point. In the earlier games the alarm goes off and you literally have no time to think.

Its definitely not my favorite MGS in the lot. The roaming of the land to do missions even gets a little predictable eventually but I will say that getting to a point where you can safely do missions is what had me hooked.

Thats how I played the last MGS I got so caught up in playing the map and little missions that I totally ignored getting to the end and then I finally did because I needed to close it out.

If I have ever seen anyone fully use a game this has to be it. 100 hours and you've not even progressed the story. That's some serious dedication there.

Played it a while back enjoyed it too. I'd recommend the new RE for you if you're looking for a horror fix on the PS4.
