Can’t believe Paulinho had a season at Barca, and didn’t look completely out place. It’s like he was a competition winner and got to spend a year with Messi and co I think the lack of intensity and need for 100% commitment in La Liga helped him. His biggest problem was a complete lack of bottle and I don’t think that’s shown up as badly in league where even the worse teams try to play football.

Agree with all of that. Hate seeing retirements due to team error although can understand how bloody difficult the job they do is. Particularly annoying when Leclerc was having another stunning drive though. Sometimes Bottas makes it hard to feel sorry for him - he just doesn’t have that killer instinct that Seb, Lewis or even Max/Kimi/Ricc have

Absolutely, not sure Hamilton’s retirement occurs if he has the chance to cruise at the front - can’t say for sure of course but think all the problems can be linked to their failure with the VSC
