  1. Hang Em High (1968) Western - Clint Eastwood - 7.5/10 You can never beat a Clint Eastwood western.
  2. Not your normal war film with bullets, bombs every 5 minutes but great to watch and the acting is superb, as we grew up in the Tilbury Docks area, Essex, my mother would tell us how she saw POWs being returned after WWII by ship in the docks from Japanese prisoner of war camps, some prisoners were permanently bent and could hardly walk as they were shut in cages for years, others were just skin & bones. The film won loads of awards and Alec Guinness won the academy award for the best actor, the marching song haunts me to this day.
  3. The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957) Alec Guinness/Jack Hawkings - 9/10 A Golden Oldie and a classic, can't say how many times I have watched this but it's great if you like anything like this.
  4. The Dogo Argentino was bred to hunt wild boar and mountain lion. Morocho was a fierce hunter. He did suffer significant injuries but her recovered. I actually own one of his sons. Unfortunately Morocho past away in 2013. His legacy will live on through his many offspring. RIP Morocho

  6. Think I will become a Tory MP, illegal parties and piss ups in the cabinet room, watching porn movies in the House of Commons, I can invite all you lot then to a TF365 piss up with plenty of booze, porn and a few joints.
  7. Saw a longer version of that a while back, how the Jag lies and waits for the moment then pounces, awesome.
  8. Checked with my Amazon and you are right, it's not been released yet but once it does then I will buy or rent it.
  9. Will look the right one up in a minute and save it, this is the movie I watched which was bloody good.
  10. A bit off-topic a bit but when I did security work back in 2001 I had a weeks shift in Wick which is right up the top of Scotland and there are the remains of Wick castle which was thought to have been built around the 14th century, I went on a miles walk to get to the castle which is on the edge of the cliff and you look down and see the waves crashing around the rocks below, they say it was built there as they had Viking raids landing below and would try and fight them off, went inside and as the castle is falling apart really over the ages, there were 2 bits of shale lying on the ground so I bought them home for the wife and she still has them lying on the fireplace's hearth, so I have a bit of 14th century inside our flat.
  11. A brilliant film that and the scenery shots were awesome too, @nudge, @Bluewolf I think you would like this and anybody else who likes Viking films, the fight scenes were classic, I would give this film top marks.
  12. Aye, I remembered after, I have read a book about the Northmen a few years back
  13. Just put it in my favourites list on a stream I have, I will watch it later but it did ring a bell when I read 'he sets out to avenge his father's death', it might be a re-make, I don't know but I do like films like this.
