Lucas
Would be the positive kind of signing that fills you with confidence about bouncing back. Definitely held his own for QPR in that 10 role. Can imagine he'd probably cost around 9-12m which doesn't feel as crazy as what it used to at this level. QPR need the money so I don't think they can quote too silly a fee and besides, he's not on Eze's level when he left the club anyway.
Dave
As long as the next manager plays to his strengths this should be a major signing next season. I feel he's less of a marquee player than the likes of Wallace and Swift whilst being as technically talented. His ceiling also feels higher than Fleming and other good players who can operate as a 10 or out wide. It feels like now is the right time for QPR to use player sales to fund a squad overhaul. They absolutely have capitulated since October and Gareth Ainsworth players/characters that suit his preferred way of playing. I've seen Dieing linked to Ligue One clubs, Willock linked to Rangers and now Chair linked to Leicester. So that's potentially £15m+ to strategise with.
