Administrator Stan Posted August 13, 2023 Administrator Share Posted August 13, 2023 Not sure what fee is involved but apparently there's reports that personal terms have already been agreed. Just hasn't seemed to fit into the system we play and apart from 4 goals in a European game, hasn't taken his chances when the game-time has been offered. Perhaps he'll perform differently in a different system...
Subscriber RandoEFC+ Posted August 13, 2023 Subscriber Share Posted August 13, 2023 There was some murmurs about this one last week but relatively quiet on the Everton end. He's definitely on our list along with Beto and Iheanacho.

The latter is far more productive and prolific compared to Daka. No idea about Beto or his output in comparison to those two. My worry is that Iheanacho is taken off us, by Everton or anyone, late into the window and then too late for us to get anyone else in.

I think the idea behind Beto and Daka is that they're big fast centre forwards that could play as an alternative to Calvert-Lewin. Iheanacho is an odd link but surely an upgrade on Maupay... Lucas
If you are picking between the two, I'd go Iheanacho all day long. His finishing is more than decent. Criminal really that a team that could do with goals like Sheff Utd, maybe Palace, Wolves, even West Ham etc haven't looked at him.
Administrator Stan Posted August 25, 2023 Author Administrator Share Posted August 25, 2023 Bournemouth now in the running, according to Alan Nixon. Not sure about Nixon these days, thought he had a decent reputation but perhaps not any more?

Dave
I'm guessing this means Leicester don't need to sell Iheanacho now.

Yep. Daka out and Cannon in seems to be the main striker business for us.
