I sure hope this doesn't backfire.  Nagelmann is a polarizing figure with players. 

Personally, I think van Gaal would've been the safer appointment... Germany need to get back to basics.

Itl be interesting to see how it plays out. I do think hes a good manager but I dont know if he has the time to turn this sinking ship around. I think the idea of being in charge of the national team on home soil was too appealing for him to turn down though either way.
