Dave Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 Jermain Defoe could be handed a Premier League lifeline by Crystal Palace, The Sunreports. Roy Hodgson is weighing up a loan move for the Bournemouth striker, who has not played for the club in over a month. He is contracted to the south coast club until 2020.
Dave Posted December 14, 2018 Author Posted December 14, 2018 The signing that in hindsight should have happened back in 2013. It's not long term planning, but if the loan fee is realistic he fills a much better short term plug than Jordan Ayew does currently. I think he'd quite like it here too. I think he would adapt to the system we play quickly and he would offer a much welcomed confidence boost to the others.
Honey Honey Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 Bournemouth will be punching the air if they can get him off their wage bill. What was it? £90k 4 year deal? Fuck me.
ScoRoss Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Has been told he is free to leave for free in January. 18 months left on his deal, imagine Bournemouth will still take a massive hit on paying up the rest of his wages.
