Eco
Quote Report: Inter go for Boateng A report in Germany claims Inter have set their sights on landing Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng. According to Bild, Bayern value Boateng at €20m but are prepared to negotiate on that price. The 30-year-old has made almost 300 appearances for the German giants since arriving from Manchester City in 2011, winning seven Bundesliga titles and a Champions League. He was also a world champion with Germany in 2014 and still has two years left on his contract. However, he has started just 19 times in the League this season and will be pushed down the pecking order by new arrivals Benjamin Pavard and Lucas Hernandez. With that in mind, Goal.com believes Boateng could replace Miranda as one of Inter’s four central defenders in 2019-20.

ScoRoss
Not sure he'd even get a game. No point investing in an area they have quality and players at a good age, when they are so needing investment in other areas.

This is pure Football Manager knowledge and I've never seen these players, but do Inter not have Vanheusden and Bastoni on their books? Surely one of them is in a position to be a rotation player. Bastoni needs to stay at Parma Vanheusden is back in Belgium on loan, and Leige has the choice to extend the stay into the next year, so I doubt the'd miss up that opportunity.
