@Storts you don't know the half of it and can only come to a conclusion based on knowing little of the facts. We've not 'dropped the ball' at all.

However, I'm referring to the lead up to this, and previous decisions, or non decisions, that may have contributed to where we have got to. I think it was completely avoidable. But this probably isn't the time or the place to discuss - so well done for taking decisive action at this point.
