  1. He must have been given a lot of bananas when playing for United if that is true... Seems to be a big rise in this at the moment which makes me wonder whether it's all manipulated
  2. Not really sure where else to post this but does Andy@Allerton still post on RAWK? What a legend/bellend he was
  3. Offering a player in the worst form of his life a new deal is standard Glazers
  4. It's frustrating that something so simple to implement is proving so difficult for these clowns to get right. Where do they get them from?
  5. It definitely looks like the sort of letter that Fergie would write tbh. Regarding the striker comments, I would imagine that Ferguson was talking about competing with the richest clubs in Europe at the time, which we should have been one of, but we were hamstrung by being a PLC. There is an interview with former chaiman Martin Edwards where he speaks of Sir Alex's frustrations at not being able to compete with the top Italian and Spanish clubs for the best foreign players. Sure, we spent a lot on British players and broke the British transfer record several times but Alan Shearer has also stated several times that he didn't turn us down when he joined Blackburn (although he did later when he went to Newcastle). He said the move to United broke down because we couldn't get the money quick enough due to being a PLC so he went to Blackburn instead who didn't have that issue. In hindsight I'd rather be a PLC and not be owned byvthe Glazers though
  6. Barnes spot on as usual on this topic. I'd like to see him given a prominent role in Kick It Out as they don't really seem to do much. Then again those organisations never do. If you have to resort to racism (especially to slate Pogba, someone who gives you a hundred reasons to despise the cunt every week), then I think you definitely have some deep rooted issues that need sorting out
  7. I fear you're probably right. We'll learn a lot about how tough he is by who is still there next season and what characters he signs
  8. If Ole has any bollocks about him he'll start turfing out the prima donas like Pogba, Lingard, Martial and Lukaku as well as the utter shit like Sanchez, Jones, Smalling, Young etc. It is literally square one and the first thing to do is to ensure the dressing room only contains players who have the mentality and character to play for the club. If you want to dab, promote your poncey clothes or spend your life on Instagram then kindly fuck off and do it elsewhere
  9. Alexis Sanchez really does need shipping out. £400k a week for a player who makes Nani look like Ronaldo. I think even Bebe and Obertan did more. In his interview the other day he couldn't even speak English. How long has he lived here? Would that not set alarm bells ringing when you went to sign him? "He what? How long has he been in London again? What... not a word? OK, see ya" The funniest part was his claim that that clattering into a linesman while warming up wasn't the reason for his "not being on my game like I usually am" because his display was exactly like he usually is - absolute shite. As soon as Mourinho said he wanted to sign this cunt and pay him best part of £2m a month is the moment he should have been sacked. The fact that Ed Woodward sanctioned the deal and then gave Mourinho a contract extension is also the moment he should have been pushed in front of a lorry
  10. Arsenal have spent plenty since they moved into the Emirates. I'd be shocked if their current policy of reigning in their spending wasn't due to Wenger's abysmal wage policy, severely overpaying bang average players because he believes in some silly socilaist utopia. Appaently he has a degree in economics too which says a lot about the education system
  11. If the Saudis take over the club then my lifelong love affair with my local club will die instantly
  12. Wow, he has even less dignity than I thought
  13. Absolutely delighted that we're not going to be losing Ashley Young or Phil Jones. Having these two legends at the club for the foreseeable future will be crucial. Apparently Phil Jones is the new Duncan Edwards according to Ferguson. It's just that he's older than Edwards ever was and nowhere near as good. Hopefully we can sign up our other huge important players up like Valencia and Smalling. What a huge boost that would be
  14. I thought Paul Ince was right in what he said about Solskjaer OG. I think it just got taken less seriously because Paul Ince used himself, Hughes and Bruce as examples of managers who could have done the same when I'd probably have topped myself if any of those three were appointed even on a temporary basis
  15. Even Lindelof looks decent under Ole. It's amazing what having a manager who isn't negative, boring, miserable and a complete cancer to the game of football can do... however, Mourinho was a symptom not a cause. Get those twats upstairs out
  16. True but sadly the FA Cup has little to no value these days as people seem more concerned with finishing in the top four which Spurs do and Arsenal don't anymore
