I think we should cheat like Leicester did.. having a team you know is good enough to stay in the top flight but not good enough to win another PL title so drop down a league so you can win a title on the cheap knowing you are far better than those around you but keeping that trophy cabinet full of cheap trinkets..

I would rather us go down to the Championship...

Really was hoping for much more from him, I appreciate the early stages may have been rocky but we don't see any progress at all this season, nothing getting better in any part of the pitch but the players themselves need to shoulder some of the blame, drawing with Burnley when they were down to 10 was atrocious.. On a brighter note though Cole Palmer is our outstanding player of the season and has been well worth the money, shame the same couldn't be said for a lot of the rest though.. Same here... I felt nothing when we scored and even less when we conceded twice against 10 men, We don't win enough to move up and don't lose enough to go down, just stuck in mid table.. If it wasn't for Cole Palmers contributions this season we could well have been in a relegation scrap... Imagine us going down to the Championship and the data nerds saying "yea but, according to the metrics we should be Champions League winners"
