  1. Anyone know what Keita's discipline was like in previous seasons before this one?

Last I read they had 30 days to agree a deal and then it goes to purse bids. I'm sure those 30 days are up so fuck knows where they're up to. Missed the first five rounds of Linares v Lomachenko. Switched it on just before Loma went down in the sixth. Even with the knockdown Lomachenko seemed in complete control to me. Lovely shot to finish it in the 10th

Linares v Lomachenko tonight. Can't wait for this one.
  4. https://www.unibet.co.uk/blog/football/premier-league/even-a-worst-case-scenario-finish-to-the-season-won't-mask-the-progress-made-at-liverpool-1.1025127 Written before yesterday's games but the point still stands. Also makes you realise how much more difficult it is to secure a top four place now than it was when we were last reaching a European Cup final.

https://worldboxingsuperseries.com/burnett-rodriguez-tete-sign-season-ii/ You'd imagine the winner of McDonnell v Inoue will follow. Going back to this years SMW tournament, there was a rumour yesterday that Groves is out of the final and will be replaced by Eubank Jr. Nothing else since though do hopefully nothing in it EDIT: Groves given ten days to prove fitness.

Hopefully Haye can fuck off and stop conning everyone now

The whole build up is just tedious to be honest. I'll still stream it and I'll be hoping Bellew retires Haye but I'm not really that bothered about the main event. They've managed to get some decent fights on the undercard though. Shame Butler failed to make the weight. Disappointing from him.

Really not bothered about that fight, think Bellew wins again though. The undercard looks good though which is unusual for a hyped PPV like this one
  9. To be honest if we win it I couldn't give a shite who they give a medal to!
  10. Sure I read the other week that the winners get 40 medals to distribute as they see fit

So apparently Wilder's team have made an offer to Joshua which guarantees Joshua $50m. As if that's a legitimate offer! Wilder currently earns a tiny fraction of that each fight.
  12. Liverpool and England midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will miss the World Cup after suffering a knee injury in the Champions League against Roma. The 24-year-old was taken off on a stretcher in the 15th minute after challenging Aleksandar Kolarov. Oxlade-Chamberlain had a scan on Wednesday which revealed a knee ligament injury. It is understood he spoke to England manager Gareth Southgate to inform him about the injury. "The extent of the injury means Oxlade-Chamberlain is set to miss the remainder of the campaign for Liverpool, as well as the World Cup in Russia with England," Liverpool said in a statement. "Oxlade-Chamberlain will now begin a rehabilitation programme to enable him to reach full fitness again as soon as possible, returning to action next season." BBC
  13. Anywhere reliable reporting this? I can only find obscure accounts on Twitter. About an hour ago the Mirror were reporting Liverpool expected him to be fit for the start of next season
  14. Is that confirmed? I think I just saw Klopp say it was really bad post match. We're really short in midfield now aren't we? Any chance of Can or Lallana making a comeback any time soon? God knows what our midfield will look like Saturday.

Should see the main event I'd have thought. Dodd v Coyle on the Khan undercard should be a cracker though to be fair

Khan should win comfortably tonight. Frampton v Donaire is a much better fight so I'll be watching that one. Tete on the undercard too
  17. Got a great book on that 83/84 season - I Don't Know What It Is But I Love It by Tony Evans. Loved reading about Souness' leadership in that final in particular.
  18. There's a perception of Mane that he's not been as good as last season but he has. The addition of Salah and Firmino getting even better has kind of overshadowed Mane's improvement. We're also not as reliant on him as we were last season. He's still scoring some big goals.

He's been out for two and a half years, no chance he's coming back into a fight like that.

Fury finally announced his comeback date. 9th June. No opponent yet though
  21. I reckon they'll lose to Spurs this weekend but there's no way they're not winning at least two of the others
