Last day at my job. Very surreal feeling. Will be having to turn in all my keys and laptops as well as having an exit interview later today. Having been with this company off/on for 16 years, it's unreal to think that when I leave today - It'll be the last time I leave as an Employee.

I agree - injuries are going to happen in all sports. I just do long distance running and I'm constantly working on healing my IT band/foot/calf/thigh/back, as I train for some of my events. Since I really don't workout all that much, I don't think I would hold up well in basketball. I mainly stick with stretching, light-ish weights, and calisthenics.

Well, here we are - Just 2 more days of work before leaving this company I've been at for so long. It's been a weird 2018 thus far, with being a father, running my first ultra marathon, leaving the job I've had for half my life, and my boss getting cancer for the seventh time, it's just been an emotional roller coaster.

Today is the start of my last week at the company that has paid me for the past 12 years. Bitter sweet feeling it is.

If York had anything resembling a defense, they'd be having a top 2 spot. Up 2-0 against Spennymour, and allowed them back in the game, with it ending 2-2. The good run continues though, good crowd of 3k as well which sounded great on BBC York. The draw means that York has gotten 16 points in their last 6 games, which is hard to complain about.

Maybe - I don't keep up with Orient for the National League all too much. National League North is where it's at.
