  1. Think it's quite likely, in my opinion. Will follow same cycle until a vaccine is found.
  2. @Harvsky had it as well I think. Have you had a test?
  3. See, that to me is clear guidance and ruling from your government/hierarchy. Over here we have ministers disagreeing with each other and government being ridiculously delayed in any guidance they do offer and several mixed messages from those in power. It screams incompetence when everyone doesn't sing from the same proverbial hymn sheet and just makes a mockery in trying to lead a country. To me I've seen a lot of fuss over the delayed guidance as opposed to actually wearing a mask (I know, there are some people who refuse to because they're just fucking idiots really and don't like having to make a decision themselves). But I think it's right to question why it's taken til end of July to make it mandatory to wear a mask when the virus hit UK, and badly, way back in March. There is the argument of wanting to protect the NHS and making sure they got PPE as well (but even then government seemed to mess that up with what they ordered from Turkey?!). Having said that, the peak of the virus was in April and heading in to May. There's about a 5-6 week period at the very minimum where it could have been made mandatory to wear face masks/coverings when going out. It just doesn't make sense to have it from 24th July when it could have been enforced earlier. Maybe if it was, it would have made people think twice about going to the shops/public transport unnecessarily before they were able to attain a mask (I appreciate there are mitigating circumstances where people had to go out). There's been several herds of horses that have bolted before this government shut the stable door. Too much too late!
  4. So masks have been made mandatory in the shops in UK. But only from 24th July. Cos, you know, coronavirus like to wait around for you to protect yourself before it decides to attack you...
  5. Turkish league is made. Might pay more attention to it in future lol Just watched Konyaspor go 1-0 down to Basaksehir, go 3-1 up by half-time, get pegged back 3-3 and then score a late winner And then this is how it leaves the championship & relegation battles. Trabzonspor lost to Denizlispor too, missing out on closing the gap on 1st... Remaining fixtures: Rizespor vs Yeni Denizlispor vs Ankaragacu Basaksehir vs Kayserispor Trabzonspor vs Konyaspor Kayserispor vs Trabzonspor
  6. This returns on Thursday Melbourne Victory vs Western United to kick things off.
  7. Haha that is class @Mel81x
  8. Yeah I don't see how stopping the playing of football would stop anything going forward. Will just make it seem like that kid has 'won' temporarily.
  9. The kid who did it was only 12! Has been arrested. Begs the question as to what environment he's been brought up in either at home or school, or both, and to where he's learned all that horrible shit.

Oh man. That's rough. The odds on that actually happening are just ridiculously slim. Been there, done that! Rough as fuck when you see the cards unfold, literally, and you're thinking you're guaranteed a win.
  11. Terrible. I can't expect this Jack prick would be in a job for much longer (if he works) or is allowed at Villa Park in future again...

Yeah you can expect to be criticised. I'm not arguing against that bit. I'm saying that he's allowed to have his own opinion on something a 'journalist' has said that has criticised him. It's not a one way street whether you want to maintain a good image or not.

So they're just meant to take a lot of shit without having their own opinion? Cool.

So you wrote about a league a player plays in, and he wrote back, and you see that as an 'attack'. What did you expect after writing 'strong opinions'? Did you not want a reaction after what you wrote? What are the reasons for him not being paid, financial problems at the club?
  16. Amitabh Bachchan and his son have tested positive for COVID.

Malta seems quite relaxed. Literally checking every day for any changes for our trip in Sept Expecting UK to be added to list of countries allowed to visit/not self-isolate on arrival from 15th July.

Think like most countries as of earlier this week there's no quarantine on arrival but there is testing and a form to fill for where you are going to stay. Not sure about regional. They have had a slight increase in cases when borders opened though, again as like most countries you'd imagine.
  19. Why can't he lift the trophy? Is he unable to walk?
  20. Saw this yesterday. 'Apparently' what he did was in line with the policing in that county. 'Apparently' he did it to tactfully search for weapons. Absolute bollocks on all counts. He's 'apparently' also stalked this woman for years and has a baby with her which he doesn't provide for. It's sickening even without all the baggage and history.
