  1. Kahn Neuer Lehmann That'd be my order. His sweeper-keeper ability and being good with his feet I imagine.
  2. Fireworks warehouse explosion apparently. Unreal footage.

Yeah I doubt it too, sorry @Azeem! Hoping for an entertaining series, though. Looking forward to watching Babar Azam up against this England attack. He's hugely talented and one of the best batsmen around these days. Also would be good to see how the younger Pakistani players fare. Shaheen Afridi especially. Shah is quick and is only 17! Seems like Pakistan are regaining some reputation as a Test nation and this series will give them a lot of attention and airtime. Got some talented players coming through and hopefully the test series will be as exciting as the England/West Indies one was.
  4. I'm hoping the vaccine will send us that way, sooner rather than later. There's been some positive news recently from those organisations who are creating vaccines - also just hope that UK has enough of them to go round to those who need it in the first instance and then longer-term thinking. No idea if Brexit will impact that? The positive being if spikes are seen early enough, and local lockdowns are implemented quickly enough, it stops the spread going bigger. I think spikes are inevitable while the virus is still in circulation and if people continue to ignore social distancing. I must say I've been out for the past 2 weekends - Marlow and then Basingstoke/West London. For the places we've been to, social distancing has been maintained, people seem generally aware not to be part of crowds or less-socially-distanced queues or aisles in shops. We went to an Indian grocery shop and it surprised me how aware people were being about giving people space. I know it's only one shop but when it comes to Asian shops, you don't really expect it - most people (usually the older folk!) don't care for it and just want to do their thing. The other promising thing I saw was the mask-wearing. I genuinely don't recall seeing anyone without a mask while in a shop. They may have been wearing it the wrong-way round or below their nose (which is the dumbest thing sometimes!) but I'd rather that than nothing at all (they'll soon learn to wear it properly, I hope). I can't say things have gone back to normal to be honest - for me it's still a bit weird and precautionary whenever I go out. There's a sense of checking everyone else around you and now always trying to find space so that you're not to close to an individual or group of people.
  5. Reckon this can send you in a different direction for next season onwards, @nudge? Can you see it making a big difference with these staff changes?
  6. Nice. Didn't even clock that! Is Harrogate that far from Bradford/Leeds?
  7. That's ridiculous. Not suspending him continues the anonymity but that's in no way any excuse for not taking action as principle. Totally sets the wrong precedent. Again, I expect nothing less of this sham of a government. Move the goalposts as they go along. A law unto themselves.
  8. It's a general cycle, no. Spain were in the peak of their golden period around 10 years ago. I don't think Bundesliga is that awful either. Think it needs a bit more credit than to be lumped in with Serie A which has been below-par for several years now. With Atalanta, Inter & Lazio pushing Juve much closer this year hopefully that's a sign of things to come.
  9. Notts County have been terrible. Didn't get started til about 15 mins but by that time Harrogate had already got control of the game.
  10. Easy graphic to see the progress we've made as a club, even without the title win. Mad to think that's within 5 seasons only.
  11. Non-league playoff today. Harrogate vs Notts County.
  12. Just seen the news about Victoria state in Aus. What's the answers now then? Went in to lockdown and cases still went up.
  13. Think he was fine in the end. Commentators said bruised jaw and cut lip. He was out cold though.
  14. Fuck me - Nicolai Muller gets knocked out mid-air and then smacks the back of his head on the ground as he falls. This looks fucking nasty.
  15. Not just Leicester in local lockdowns now. Greater Manchester, Blackburn, Burnley & Bradford all in lockdown now too. The announcement being made at 9.30pm last night coming in to effect at midnight just a few hours later. And the announcement was done on Twitter, not in the way of any press conference or official means. You can't meet another household in their home, however pubs and restaurants remain open. Hancock contradicted his own and government's advice already this morning.

Is the health declaration form a thing in Netherlands though? I'm presuming you'll have to fill one out on the way back on return to UK. What are cafes and bars like in terms of how busy they are?

Haha I know mate, I actually had a browse to see where Luton were flying to the other day! Some decent options but not much annual leave left aside from what's already booked
