  1. Heard about that. 7 people arrested. Pretty much poisoned them.
  2. This happened way before coronavirus came in to play
  3. We need to follow in US footsteps and load up on guns and ammo.
  4. I mean like, very late. Also my post earlier was before I knew how bad it was in Madrid and the state they're in at the moment.
  5. Why? That sounds like scare-mongering to me, Brian.
  6. Yeah didn't realise cases had escalated so badly there, primarily in Madrid as well.
  7. I think that's taking my comment a bit too far. It's 'only' 6 people in the UK (that's not meant to be crass or cold, it's 6 too many at the end of the day), but Italy were late to react and they have had hundreds and hundreds of deaths. The situation in Italy now to the one in the UK are not comparable just yet.
  8. Ah right, wasn't aware Madrid was on part-lockdown! I knew there were a lot of cases in Spain but didn't know they'd taken those measures. I reckon if it was Italian opposition it'd definitely be played behind closed doors.
  9. But the outbreak isn't as bad here in the UK as it is in the rest of Europe? So it's not that stupid?
  10. Have you seen Adam Hurrey (Football Cliches) on Twitter about Lampard's laugh-to-serious 'yeah, no' thread ?
  11. And also given a hand sanitiser gel that absolutely reeks
  12. We got an email from work saying if we're due to travel abroad anywhere etc as a precaution so they can make contingency plans if we're off for 2 weeks.
  13. A player for Linfield in Northern Ireland has the virus.
  14. Oh ffs Nadine. The irony that it's a health minister too
  15. Not sure if legit but apparently the original figures didn't include the Lombardy region, or something like that. Now they do hence the increased numbers.
  16. To be fair she booked this trip months and months ago and it already got moved twice (only by a day or two). Would WHO have anything to say about that? Very crafty!
  17. I know My boss goes to Bali today. What's the situation there or in that region? Many cases? @nudge
  18. As a fellow regular wfh-er I can confirm.
  19. That seems illogical at this stage. Given how quickly the virus spreads, let alone how quickly it's spread globally, to not test for symptoms seems counter-intuitive just because you haven't been to a country on a list. Maybe they've given that instruction because of lack of testing kits/equipment or staff so they want to restrict or prevent overloading hospitals/GPs etc? But then you still have the potential of turning someone away who's contracted the virus through no fault of their own (i.e. not come directly in to contact with someone who's been to a listed country).
