  1. The biggest thing is not being able to celebrate a goal fully or properly because you know there'll be a pause. And one way to appease the fans would be to have replays or videos shown at stadiums so fans know what exactly the decision-making process is. Everything currently is geared towards fans out of the stadium as opposed to inside it.
  2. As long as they keep semi-automated offsides and goalline technology then I'll be happy. Most people know I've been a big proponent of VAR but how it's been in the last 12-18 months there's just not been enough improvement, consistency or common sense when it's used. Too many mistakes occurring now and too many hollow apologies.

  4. Which has been the case for a while, to be fair. Before Arteta got a hold of this Arsenal side, their aim was to finish 4th just for CL football and target it like a trophy too.

  9. It's not been the most competitive outside of the top 2/3 in recent seasons. The gap between Championship and Premier League is widening, I think. It's ultra-competitive in the Championship as almost always there's battles going down right til the final day of the season (this season was a bit of an anomaly, mind). This means a 'weaker' side can often find themselves promoted almost as if they're not ready to be because of the gulf between the two leagues. The money in the game has corrupted it beyond the point of no return. I've seen so many fans waver with their support for the game these days, let alone support for their own team. And that's a sad time for the game because it's not what we all know it to be.
  10. De Bruyne is so good. There's the goal Man City needed. How no one tracks the Haaland run is beyond me though.
  11. Spurs have done alright to be fair and there's no signs of rolling over. The best chance being that Foden one bringing out a quality save from Vicario. Man City have it in them to pull something out of the bag though, in the same vein that Spurs have some sloppiness within them to gift a chance.
  12. Hope you're ready for a John C Reilly gif...

  14. Knowing Spurs they'll fuck up vs Sheff Utd in this scenario...
  15. Salah's turn to add his name to the miss of the season category. Offside but still terrible.
